Mrs. T's Pizza & PUB — Restaurant in Westmont

No Customer gratitude. My wife and I collected more than 20 red flyers from various dinners and pizzas we ordered from there. My wife orders us a free pizza the other night but forgets to bring the coupons. The older woman working the counter said we would have to go home and get them before she would give us the pizza. You would think that she would have said just bring them in when we order next time. We have purchased from them on a regular basis. She had no customer consideration at all. My wife stated she is the same woman that has messed up our orders numerous times in the past. We have decided we will no longer order from them until that woman is replaced or the owner apologies for the lack of consideration from this woman. We pay the higher price for their pizza as we like supporting Downers Grove vendors but we recommend that you stay away from Mrs T's and buy from another pizza source. Would suggest Skuttelbutts on Ogden and you get 2 for the price of one from them. You would think that will of the past business we have done some consideration would be made. Our friends are now also boycotting...

Enjoyed our experience and food here after several other restaurants didn't have space for us.

We went here after several other local restaurants quoted us a 60-minute wait for a table of 3. Hostess greeted us and we had a 5–10-minute wait for a table on a Saturday evening. They don't have a TON of tables, and carry-out seemed a focus, but as a whole its a new location which was very nice and clean.

Service was attentive, including from the husband of the owner, Larry, who took good care of us. They have several beers on draft including a few craft locals. The food menu was largely standard fare for an Italian restaurant, with the focus on pizza, apps, and several pasta dishes.

We ordered an appetizer sampler and a 14" pizza with Italian beef and giardiniera. The apps were fresh a lightly breaded with a variety of dipping sauces, while the pizza had a unique, medium thickness crust with a nice covering of cheese and toppings.

Mrs T’s in my opinion has the Very Best Pizza in the Westmont /Downers Grove area!! I usually order their Margarita Pizza and I absolutely Love it!! I recently moved from Westmont to Darien and tried to order my pizza to be delivered. Unfortunately Mrs T’s was not able to deliver to Darien and on that particular evening it was not convenient for me to go and pick it up. I was forced to order from another restaurant. I am not going to mention where I ended up ordering from but let me tell you, I will Never order a Margarita pizza from anywhere else but MrsT’s again!!! The restaurant I ordered from Obviously does not know how to make a Margarita pizza!! I paid $40 for the pizza I ordered which included the delivery charge.
