Cash only.. again... With no notification. When I asked the girl at the counter abt it she gave me attitude and said there's nothing she could do. When I asked for a manager to find out why they can't text me it's cash only like they do for order pickup she told me there was nothing she could do, while having a huge sarcastic smile the whole time. Seems like corporate has these people's hands tied and that makes them frustrated. Then when a customer like me asks about it, we get instant attitude because it's a neverending process and they just see another useless complaint. If corporate would do something to help them they'd be a little easier to deal with when things don't go right. Then on the way out, the door guy Joe tells me I'm "being petty" and "they don't need my business" and "don't come back." Who does that??? Frustrated? Yes. Invisible? Yes. Petty? Not even close. Petty is telling someone to leave because you don't have an answer for them and talking smack as they walk out the door because you have security backing you up. Thankfully security was the only one with a level head in the place. She actually had a conversation with me instead of just deny deny deny. The other three people I interacted with passed me off like I was nothing just to get to the next person. Katie the secutity guard actually explained everything and told me the bud tender was "going through some stuff" and having a bad day. Ok, fine. It happens. She should leave at the door or stay home. But definitely not take it out on customers. And the door guy Joe was new and just "being defensive of the girls." Not sure what he was defending. I was cordial, polite and I never raised my voice once. Check the cameras. I only asked questions in a conversational tone. I thought bud tenders were supposed to be happy people. Corporate is definitely doing their part to make sure they're not. I left my number with security for the GM to contact me. We'll see if that happens.
That being said, great prices, great product, usually short lines and pleasant people. I'll be back because other than what I just expressed it's a good store with good people. Hopefully corporate figures this out and makes things a little easier for the bud tenders and a little less frustrating for...
Read moreI had a horrible interaction with Madison today. I asked to see the secret menu which is posted to ask about all over the store. I asked and her and I guess it wasnât the thing she wanted to hear, she instantly told me no, you canât because you donât follow us. I said I am showing you the Instagram I am following. She then says I have to ask manager because you dont understand. I said itâs right there on the tv I am just asking to see it. She screams as she is walking away âI have to talk to manager!â I was shocked. I was left at the counter with the ESA service animal in near tears. It took her over 10 minutes to reappear and she just rifle rambles the menu off. I said so I am allowed to know the menu then. She was like I just said it. So I said I am sorry can I have another associate help me because you are very rude to me. So I think a manager name Chris I think came and assisted. He knows I am a regular, I say look she was rude and I wasnât even rude all I asked was to know the secret menu and she started to get mad and say she needed a manager. He of course says he sorry. Repeats the menu. I tell itâs okay at this time I am upset and disgusted on how I was treated today. I come here often and never had this happen even when I had serious issues with my account. He of course says he is sorry and that he will talk to her. But, it didnât feel sincere just to get me out the door so they can just go about their day. I told him to watch the camera even to see I never once raised my voice or caused anything beyond showing her my phone and asking for the secret menu. If possible donât interact with Madison. There are other great people that work there but unfortunately they were not there. I have to consider not going here anymore due that interaction. I have reached out to corporate and we shall see what comes of it. As I do have a disability and this just makes me never want to set foot in...
Read moreThe dispensary itself is nice, the selection is good, and the promotions keep you coming back since it's a bit pricey. Otherwise, would be a 1.
Unfortunately, the staff are playing mask theater. I've been there several times and either some cashiers or ID scanner guy will have it under their nose. Or the security guy will be wearing it as a chin diaper outside near the door.
Obviously, they require to mask, but then demand you to pull it down with your fingers to check your ID. Anyone in the medical field will tell you as soon as you touch your mask with bare hands, it's dirty; becoming possibly harmful to oneself at that point. Even fiddling with the ear loops themselves while trying not to touch the mask part, still poses a risk and is not a recognized sterile method anywhere. The least they could do is provide some latex gloves for people, if such is your demand.
The security guard tried to say these are "governor's rules to pull your mask down", when there's no such thing at the time of writing this in Dec 2021. No serious medical establishment would provide such guidance to the governor so no need to insult our intelligence. I am a medical student and have been trained in proper use and purpose of surgical masks prior to entering the operating theater. Later, the manager began demonstratively pulling his mask back and forth to show a point. You can do as you wish with YOURS, but maybe extend that curtesy to the customers too?. Instead of telling me to go to my car or the Walgreens next door for a glove. Acting as if my only request wasn't for a sterile option to pull the mask down to abide to proper mask use, when you choose to demand people to come in contact with what's supposed to be a sterile mask.
I either had to contaminate my expensive N95 mask and or get out. Whilst, the store is constantly flooded with people with contaminated and dirty masks all day...
