Taco Bell — Restaurant in Westmont

So I my boyfriend and I want the easiest order every probably. 2, five dollar cravings boxes one with not onion or beef on the burrito. She said what drinks, a sangria and a dr. pepper. She said we only have root beer and pepsi. So we both got a pepsi. We pull up and get our food no problem and the woman said she put in the recept paper wrong so we didn't get one which at the time was no problem , she hands us the drinks and I taste mine and it's the sangria I wanted and my boyfriend got like a dr.pepper pepsi mix or something. We get home and I take a bite of my burrito onion and meat. Our tacos were not even half way full and our cheese bowls were pretty much empty as well. The food sucked! So I call them, and explain what happened she said she couldn't find our oder on whatever she was looking on and that we needed a recept. I told her about the girl not giving us our recept because she put the paper in wrong and the woman just says, "well both of my employees are saying she gave it to you." I said okay whatever I have the bank statement to show you that we paid for it. This idiot is arguing back saying she doesn't care about the bank statement and if we can't give her the recept she needed the box. Okay yes let me purge my food and give it back to you. Or did you mean you want and empty box? Seriously don't waste your time I just hung up on her and if it wasn't such a petty thing to do I'd call corporate because that's just super...

When I'm tired don't feel like driving I walk across the street but that's over now. THE SERVICE TRASH and they have the nerves to have ATTITUDE they always messed up the order and make you wait until the Drive through is empty and there is always homeless, drunks there sometimes asking for money. This taco bell needs to be shut down. I gave it one start because I had too. The person that oversees this location needs to be there more often. And they need new managers. They're very rude.

UPDATE : I just went tonight because I can't drive right now, I'm waiting for a muscle relaxer to kick in. There are new people working. They were nice, respectful and fast and my order was finally right lol I couldn't believe. I did let the young man know that they were doing a good job. I was in line the customer in front of me took a very long time to get her order together when I got to the window she kept rushing me and getting my order wrong and even when I thought she had it together it was wrong when I got home she still gave me what she wanted me to have very bad service and she had an attitude when you working with the public you don't need a attitude you leave that at home when I'm spending my money I want to see somebody perky and happy to take it and making sure they give me the best service ever and for the price I paid at Taco Bell oh no everything should have been...
