What a great experience! This was my first time to this busy location and it was great! I used the Drive-thru but it moved quickly. The woman who took my order was very pleasant and had personality, which is lacking in many places these days. She told me about the Cold Brew and that it had more caffeine than other choices. I still went with my usual Americano but she was so nice. THEN, when I got to the window, the cashier gave me a cup with a taster of the Cold Brew, (which was good, btw!) She must have communicated to him that I wasn't sure about it and thought it would be nice to let me try it. Now THAT is customer service. I actually felt special. The male staff like to give a lecture on how they should be given more time between order placement and pickup! My family and I were willing to wait!
