Wawa — Restaurant in Westtown Township

My sister and I go into the Wawa EVERY day!!!!! I understand everyone has a bad day but their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE not even a hello how are you or thank you have a nice day NOTHING. They are on their phones all the time we order drinks they're never made the way we order. He actually made a face 😠.It's not complacated I'm super polite... We worked in retail b4. I WOULD NEVER TREAT a customer that way. Also I know it's not the stores employees that make the rule but when I'm ordering EXTRA stuff why is it being thrown down the drain I paid for everything that goes into the cup so I receive the same size drink for 3 dollars more. The customer should receive ALL that is paid for!!!! Now we did have a great store when we worked in another areathey would give us the extra IT CAN B DONE UR JUST THROWING MY MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!!! This review I made about this Wawa was in part incorrect. I was not aware of the changes they made to the chicken wrap. I only ordered it at the one down the road when it was just a test item and they didn't put slices of cheese on them. I think adding the cheese to the recipe was not cool especially when I come to Wawa for consistency. I will leave the old review up just for reference. I was very upset that day. I was Uber driving all day and all I wanted was a non cheese slice wrap like they had always made it.

When I come to Wawa I look for consistency. I don't need employees making up their own recipes just because they think it tastes better. Nobody puts slices of cheese on wraps. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's not the way you're supposed to make a breaded chicken, bacon...

So I picked my things to buy and walked to the cashier, I was debating on picking the Caucasian lady or the older gentlemen cashier, so I said screw up I just need to get to work, before me was a lady and a kid and a grandmother, the cashier seemed so jolly and talkative, so when I approached him he couldn't even look me in the eyes or greet me, so I said out loud how are you doing, the he mumbled how are you doing back, did not look at me once, and this was 2 almost 3pm...so I got my things and left, very unprofessional customer services, this guy should just go make sandwiches if he can't handle being around other...
