Between the hours of 7:13pm and 7:51pm
They refused to make her food and they lied to us telling us someone else picked up the food and that wasn’t true. Uber did not pay me for that order and the time I was there because the client had to cancel. The customer told me to wait there while she was on the phone with Uber trying to make sure that I didn’t get penalized for canceling the order and that she didn’t have to pay for the order since they said that someone stole her order. That is definitely not on me. Also, it is not on the customer because when I tried to go through the verification process of giving them the number to the order the name and the last initial they said that that order was already picked up by somebody else and I know it wasn’t because before I dropped off my first order I accepted her order so I was the only person that could have to pick it up. It simply comes down to their refuse to make her order because they were in their horse playing around and you can definitely go in their system and check the cameras to see what they were doing between the hours of 7 PM and 8 PM. Also, as I was sitting in the parking lot talking to the customer on the phone, they all came outside the whole staff watching me as I parked far away from the entrance to the building, and the manager sat down and started smoking a cigarette he came, I saw no name tags but I know he was heavy set, with dread locks, came outside three times to smoke a cigarette and watch me so I took a picture of the last time they came out all of them. I told the customer I felt uncomfortable and that it may not be a safe environment for me to wait there so she text me back and told me to leave. I lost out on being paid the wages of $19.50 for the 45 mins that I invested between two orders and Miss Ashley C being the second order I did not get paid or accommodated. The entire night shift should be fired, not one had enough since to check their screen to make sure it was the right order because the customer said on her screen it said her order was not completed yet. So with that being said, how could the order be picked up by someone else if the order wasn’t made yet and I’m the only carrier on the order. Uber will tell you if you take too long or have a delay in picking up the order they will give it to someone else that never took place because as soon as I dropped off one order, I immediately pursued her order which was approximately seven minutes away from my last drop off. They are a bunch of liars. They are extremely lazy every time I come here if it’s the same thing, I will always complain until they get people who actually care about their job and I will also be contacting your corporate office for the inconvenience to me as well as to my customers!!!!!! I must have been in another dimension when I ate here with a coworker on Tuesday, AGH. The young lady that took our order around 10:30 - 10:45 a.m. for 3 crunchy taco's as a to go, but we decided to eat in....was amazing. Courteous, patient, smiling...we were on phones having conversations and even bickering between ourselves...me and one of my besties. The taco's were hot, tasty, fresh, crispy, full of meat and delicious. Trust me ...more than I have eaten in months. WHAT? Have you been to a Taco Bell across the river??? When this is the only thing they specialize in and it still CACA!!! We got taco's, while immersed in gravy laden chicken bowls paraphernalia and a 7 dollar KFC special that kept tap dancing on our CRANIUMS. The service again...please I didn't keep my receipt. Read moreABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, we’ve waited for 40 minutes to get 3 boxes at first they couldn’t pull up our order for some reason and then 25 minutes later after confronting them about the situation they ask what was the name of the order for 25 minutes they didn’t even know what the hell the order or what name it was under (We had ordered on the app). They have people on lunch break waiting to get their food for 30 minutes and it just seems as if they are only taking care of the people in the Drive-Thru. The renovation has done nothing for this Taco Bell they need to renovate new workers. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS TERRIBLE. If you want to go to Taco Bell I don’t recommend this one at all please go to the Lapalco location or any other Taco Bell in the U.S just not this one in Westwego Louisiana.
