Awful Experience

I had a terrible experience at the Marylou’s coffee shop at this location, and it was entirely due to a manager named Taylor. Her demeanor was rude, unprofessional, and honestly baffling. She doesn’t even present herself like staff — dressed casually and acting in a way that doesn’t reflect management.

I was sitting in the gas station convenience store connected to the coffee shop and Taylor accused me of “loitering,” even though there are tables specifically placed for customers to sit and eat. The gas station is a public space with plenty to browse, and her behavior was completely out of line.

Between the rude management and the uncomfortable atmosphere, I won’t be coming back. This...

First of all you should fire all the girls that work there. They are rude, stuck up and clearly hate their job I’m ordering on the intercom and she keeps asking me ok anything ok anything else ok anything else like I’m a bother???? So sorry but if you don’t wanna work and ur miserable then don’t take it out on your customers. And second of all why no ice in the drink? It’s like I’m drinking a warm coffee.. gross. Service is awful. I got 2 bagels and a muffin and they put the 2 hot bagels on top of the muffin so the muffin is melted and the chocolate is all over the napkins. Embarrassing for the owner that you have people like this...

Don't bother. Went a few weeks ago and ordered a large iced coffee. Recieved a large iced coffee with no ice, no flavorings. Figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Back recently (completely different staff) and ordered another coffee and a sandwich. Woman repeated my order back, waited 10 minutes at the window and another girl asked me what I had, they had no idea? She came back 5 minutes later, coffee was fine but the sandwich was completely wrong. Just cheese on an English muffin? Asked for sausage egg and cheese on a bagel? I'm so confused. Don't bother going here. Waste of...
