Gusto's Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Weymouth

I have literally ordered probably about 100 times at this place. That means I have given them a lot of service. They have gotten my order wrong only a few times. The last time I ordered they didn't put cheese on my chicken teriyaki wrap. I called them up and told them that my order had been wrong and unfortunately the wrap was awful without the cheese. I ended up throwing it away. They mentioned that the next time I ordered they would just give me a free wrap because it was now so late. I called up tonight and placed an order for a pizza, bbq chips and mentioned the wrap conversation. The man proceeded to tell me that he would never give a free wrap, that maybe if it hadn't had chicken they would. That because it only was missing cheese, he would give me a wrap with free cheese. He was rude and disrespectful...chastising me for thinking I should get a free wrap. I mean that is what they told me. This place doesn't hold themselves to their word and then berates you for bringing up what they promised. I told him I'd like to cancel my order and his response was "please do so." That is no way to treat a loyal customer. This place is clearly shady and don't value...

So disappointed... this place has seriously gone down the tubes. I ordered 3 wraps and an order of French fries. On the menu it says that the bbq chicken wrap comes w/lettuce tomato sauerkraut, bacon and bbq sauce... I simply asked for no sauerkraut. I also ordered a Greek salad wrap w/ no dressing, no onion, extra olive for my daughter. It took an hour for the delivery, which I understand on a Friday night... but I open my daughters wrap and it’s drenched in oil from the dressing it wasn’t supposed to have..my kids starving at this point so I jump in the car and bring it back to have it fixed... funny thing is they had the order written out right, so not to sure how they managed to screw it up. But they were apologetic and remade the wrap... I get back home and open the new one and notice it’s warm (why would a salad be warm 🤔)... well, it was warm because this time they decided to add chicken to my PLAIN Greek salad wrap. I give up at this point and will never bring my business to them again. Oh, and as for the bbq chicken wrap w/bacon lettuce tomato... well instead it was soggy bbq chicken with...

So a friend and I ordered wing dings which states it comes with 16 pieces and we received 11 so as we call they said it goes by weight which nowhere online or over the phone was stated to us so obviously we would assume we were shorted so as we are talking to one of the staff members it seemed like there was no care for what our concern was it was pretty much bad customer service all we got was a sorry but there’s nothing we can do for you. Then we received a phone call later from the manager saying she doesn’t understand where we would think that it’s 16 pieces so I told her it’s online and one of her staff members confirmed the same amount when I spoke to her earlier then she proceeded to tell me that the menu online isn’t updated and I told her she should update it and speak to her staff so everyone’s on the same page. Only reason why I’m giving two stars is because it was bad...
