Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wharton

I am From Georgia and I was Visiting my dad in NJ. I wanted Some Dunkin’ Donuts so my dad told me there was one in the Shop rite so I went There with my sister and we ordered several items. I ordered a medium sweet tea and shortly after I accidentally dropped my sweet tea on the floor everywhere before I could Even take a sip. The employees saw my drink spill but did not offer to make me a new one so I asked one of the employees if I could Get a new sweet tea made and she didn’t say anything nor did she make me a new drink so I asked Another employee if I could Get another drink and she said “that’s your fault not my fault” “you spilled it, not me” implying that It was my fault that my drink spilled. She kept going back and forth with me for a few mins telling me it was my fault before saying that “this time I’ll get the drink”.unfortunately I did Not get her name but she was extremely rude and provided very poor customer service. I also Ordered a grillled cheese and it was not even completely toasted on both sides. I was Completely dissatisfied with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. If I was back home in Georgia they would have given me a new drink immediately. Don’t come here guys. Terrible experience. I will Not...

The owners are the most cheapest most cheating people on the face of the earth. After 8 times of going there. There is a common theme. Bad customer service. Worst employees. Watering down everything, never filling your coffee close to the brim. Somehow they manage to make your drinks disgusting and undrinkable with no care. The powder ones cant be hard to mess up but they rig it to be less flavor more water somehow. I called Dunkin Donuts they dont do a thorough check about anything.

My favorite Dunkin’ spot by far. There is a young man who usually takes the orders, he’s got the best customer service skills. Super nice guy, sorry I didn’t catch his name. Also my orders are full filled quickly and accurately, testament to the rest of the team being great too!
