Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wharton

I usually frequent this place in the morning on my way to work. Morning crew is gold. This is however the 2nd time I've gone I've gone during later shifts,(around 7 pm) and the guy behind the counter seems bothered by customers. Today I ordered one medium iced caramel latte and one medium cocoa mocha latte, both with whipped cream. He kept saying iced coffee and I repeated a few times the correct order and even pointed on the board to what I wanted. He charged me $9 and then handed me two medium regular iced coffees. I had told him that I ordered lattes and pointed to the picture on the board again and he said "this is it". I told him it was missing the chocolate and caramel and whipped cream and I ordered a latte, not an iced coffee. he told me "no, no I don't know". I insisted he make the correct order and he took my drinks and gave one a shot of chocolate and the other a shot of caramel. Still no whipped cream, still not a latte. Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Behavior

I’ve never felt so disrespected at any coffee shop in my life. During my visit to this Dunkin’ location, I encountered an employee whose attitude was beyond rude—blatantly dismissive, confrontational, and shockingly unprofessional. I was treated with an appalling lack of basic courtesy and decency, for absolutely no reason.

This is not just about poor customer service—it felt personal, hostile, and completely unprovoked. The way I was spoken to left me stunned. If this is the standard Dunkin’ holds for its staff, it’s deeply troubling.

I strongly urge Dunkin’ management to investigate this location. No customer should be subjected to such treatment. Until serious changes are made, I will never return—and I’ll be encouraging others to avoid this store at all costs. This place is a disgrace to the...

Do not go to this Dunkin’ under any circumstances. I went to use the bathroom today and it was absolutely FILTHY. The toilet seat was up and when I put it down to use it there was a huge pile of feces on the back of the toilet and paper towels covered in feces and urine overflowing from the garbage can. This bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The sink was also nasty.
