I ordered bolones for my family from this place and saying it was terrible is an understatement. I’ve eaten bolones from all over New Jersey and this place served the absolute worst one I have ever had (and also most expensive one). Pork pieces were the size of a spec of dust. The cheese looks like it was sprinkled since it was also practically absent. The “hot sauce”tastes like tomato sauce. Waste of money and time since I waited almost 25min for 3 bolones while nobody was in the restaurant. What a disgrace of calling the restaurant an Ecuadorian restaurant.
Update: My opinion stands. For the best bolones (and cheaper) I’ve tasted I’ll go to union city la esquina ambatena where now I’m willing to travel over an hour for great food....

They will lose business because of this. Owner I would rethink...
