Enjoy Biscotti — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

I would like to say that all of the oatmeal flavors are absolutely wonderful! We discovered the oatmeal packets from our Longmont Dairy order sheet and ever since we have been in love! We decided to order directly from Enjoy Biscotti because we love the cups of oatmeal, they are perfect for on the go people. I love them so much that when I travel for work I order a large order so I never miss breakfast. I'm currently in New Hampshire on a project and I have a little piece of home every morning. The shipping is great and very fast especially for an order of 90+ oatmeal cups. I highly recommend Enjoy Biscotti, you will not be disappointed I promise you!

I live in Lincoln and we have nursing students sharing our senior apartment complex. One of our favorite nursing students told us her mother owns this bakery and makes biscotti. Since I have Italian heritage in my family, I'm very familiar with these dunking cookies and usually order them on Amazon (Nonni's). ENJOY BISCOTTI did not disappoint. I ENJOYED them, especially since they don't go to to mush when you dunk them (like most others do). They are delicious and keep their crispness after dunking to give you a substantial cookie when you put them in your mouth to chew. Have ordered from Enjoy Biscotti (EB) for years. It has grown to include oatmeal, nuts, cookies--all made with wholesome and local (Colorado) ingredients. These baked good are all made by the owner herself and they do not sit on a shelf for weeks before shipping out. Each order is packaged by her devoted crew with much care.
