Decided to grab my son lunch yesterdayat approximately 150pm...went through drive thru and he wanted to try the new cantina crispy chicken deluxe box. I have receipt its just in my vehicle as I am in my home writing this. Wasn't asked which chicken taco...saw they rang up the Chipotle flavor. Asked for Avocado ranch. They had no Baja blast so got Sierra mist. Pulled to window and was given drink with no ice...which we did not request. Service was friendly and fast. Got home and immediately pulled out new taco 🌮 first. I took small bite to try, because my son said I was the guinea pig šŸ˜† Immediately I felt something extremely hard...at first I thought it was just extra crunchy batter. I tried to break through and realized it wasn't edible!!!!! It had sharp point and felt like a bone. I spit it out and examed the piece. I still have everything....entire 🌮 and the piece that I bit off taco they served my son in a zip lock bag in fridge. Of course I contacted Taco Bell Consumer to report what happened...they haven't responded. IT'S ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING THAT PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH FOOD CAN SERVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!! I AM A FOOD SERVICE MANAGER AND I AM VERY PARTICULARLY ON WHAT IS SERVED TO OUR GUESTS WHEN I AM ON SHIFT!!! ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T MEET QUALITY STANDARDS IS IMMEDIATELY WASTED....NOT JUST HANDED TO GUESTS TO GET THEM OUT OF MY LINE!!!! IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT I AM TO DO WITH THESE ITEMS...LET ME KNOW. I WOULD LOVE FOR IT TO BE TESTED TO PROVE TACO BELL FAILED!!! This location is one of the worst places to eat at. The so called "manager" he/she don't know how to manager. There is trash all over. The tables are not cleaned. The bathroom is gross. It doesn't get cleaned even when you tell them it needs attention. The pop machines/ tea doesn't get cleaned properly or daily. Which is against osha. There is mold growing in the pop machines. Yes I know how to checked them. While there is work that actually needs to be done all the employees are either standing at register or in back just talking or eating. Not to mention that other employees from different locations come in and go behind the counters to join the non working employees. Also they talk badly about the customers that complain after they leave. I know this because I was one of the customers that came back in to confront them about talking about me and I talked with "manager". Who could careless and did absolutely nothing about customer service. In all my 16 years of being a manager I have never treated my customers like they don't matter the way this place dose. These photo don't even show what I seen. Customers be warned.

I Would have liked to go in to place my order but the front doors were locked therefore had no choice but to drive through. I ordered two items one bean burrito with extra onions and 1 beefy melt burrito. I received two items, one was a burrito supreme the other I had no idea what it was, but was NOT what I ordered. I was asked if I wanted sauce, I asked for hot and Fire. I received hot and Fire Sauce, 31 packets! That is no joke I received 31 packets of sauce and neither of the items I ordered. I will be making a phone call to the general manager tomorrow. Very unsatisfied customer at the moment.

Used the app. Two orders with a free item on each order. Ordered it ahead and requested a pickup inside the building. Get to the restaurant at 2120. There were two vehicles in the drive-thru. I Proceeded to the lobby entrance and pulled on the door, it was locked. I called the restaurant with no answer. Got into line for the drive-thru at around 2128 but now there are 4 vehicles and one pulling away from the speaker. Waited in the line for close to 30 minutes to find out that they cannot complete the order because they don't have any of the ingredients or components to make them. In turn they had me pick replacement items for the same price. I would have been alright with this but the food wasnt made correctly. Asked for chicken on the nachos and got beef. Asked for black beans in the crunch wrap, they said they don't have any so I chose chicken, crunch wrap came with refried beans and no chicken At this point I'm so disappointed from the whole ordeal I don't want to check the rest of the food Plus they forgot the drink. Ordering from the app is equally a pain, because when thing like this happens you can send the corporate HQ emails and poor reviews just fall onto deaf ears.. There is no way to receive immediate response or assistance with any issue because of the app. So here's hoping this isn't taken...

No manager on duty to resolve refunds or bad service. Saturday 7/15/23 at approximately 11am.

I had to return to the store to correct a straightforward order that was made incorrectly.

Instead of getting a refund all they can do is remake the order. On business principles, you should not be able to accept, but not refund, money for goods or services not provided.

EDIT: Now the leaderless staff is having issues being able to give me what I paid for because no one is here to ā€œapproveā€ the re-made (correct) order. I have now received a partial refund but will not return to this location out of respect for my own time.

Over an hour of my time wasted and they are unable to do a full return.

EDIT #2: waited half an hour for them to remake my order to only find out they aren’t actually remaking it because I received a partial refund. That was never communicated to me and I stood in the lobby for nearly half an hour until I approached the front counter to check on the status.

Now my team doesn’t have lunch and this location has wasted an hour of my time and my team isn’t fed because of their incompetence. I hope the franchisee / owner reads this and takes the...
