Decided to grab my son lunch yesterdayat approximately 150pm...went through drive thru and he wanted to try the new cantina crispy chicken deluxe box. I have receipt its just in my vehicle as I am in my home writing this. Wasn't asked which chicken taco...saw they rang up the Chipotle flavor. Asked for Avocado ranch. They had no Baja blast so got Sierra mist. Pulled to window and was given drink with no ice...which we did not request. Service was friendly and fast. Got home and immediately pulled out new taco š® first. I took small bite to try, because my son said I was the guinea pig š Immediately I felt something extremely hard...at first I thought it was just extra crunchy batter. I tried to break through and realized it wasn't edible!!!!! It had sharp point and felt like a bone. I spit it out and examed the piece. I still have everything....entire š® and the piece that I bit off taco they served my son in a zip lock bag in fridge. Of course I contacted Taco Bell Consumer to report what happened...they haven't responded. IT'S ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING THAT PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH FOOD CAN SERVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!! I AM A FOOD SERVICE MANAGER AND I AM VERY PARTICULARLY ON WHAT IS SERVED TO OUR GUESTS WHEN I AM ON SHIFT!!! ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T MEET QUALITY STANDARDS IS IMMEDIATELY WASTED....NOT JUST HANDED TO GUESTS TO GET THEM OUT OF MY LINE!!!! IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT I AM TO DO WITH THESE ITEMS...LET ME KNOW. I WOULD LOVE FOR IT TO BE TESTED TO PROVE TACO BELL FAILED!!! There were two vehicles in the drive-thru. I Proceeded to the lobby entrance and pulled on the door, it was locked. I called the restaurant with no answer. Got into line for the drive-thru at around 2128 but now there are 4 vehicles and one pulling away from the speaker. Waited in the line for close to 30 minutes to find out that they cannot complete the order because they don't have any of the ingredients or components to make them. In turn they had me pick replacement items for the same price. I would have been alright with this but the food wasnt made correctly. Asked for chicken on the nachos and got beef. Asked for black beans in the crunch wrap, they said they don't have any so I chose chicken, crunch wrap came with refried beans and no chicken At this point I'm so disappointed from the whole ordeal I don't want to check the rest of the food Plus they forgot the drink. Ordering from the app is equally a pain, because when thing like this happens you can send the corporate HQ emails and poor reviews just fall onto deaf ears.. There is no way to receive immediate response or assistance with any issue because of the app. So here's hoping this isn't taken...

I had to return to the store to correct a straightforward order that was made incorrectly.
Instead of getting a refund all they can do is remake the order. On business principles, you should not be able to accept, but not refund, money for goods or services not provided.
EDIT: Now the leaderless staff is having issues being able to give me what I paid for because no one is here to āapproveā the re-made (correct) order. I have now received a partial refund but will not return to this location out of respect for my own time.
Over an hour of my time wasted and they are unable to do a full return.
EDIT #2: waited half an hour for them to remake my order to only find out they arenāt actually remaking it because I received a partial refund. That was never communicated to me and I stood in the lobby for nearly half an hour until I approached the front counter to check on the status.
Now my team doesnāt have lunch and this location has wasted an hour of my time and my team isnāt fed because of their incompetence. I hope the franchisee / owner reads this and takes the...
