TACO-BOUT an experience!! We got married in May 2021 (I know, a late review LOL) and Taco Block catered! We always think about them, and tonight I wanted to see how they were doing, and realized I forgot to leave a review!!! These tacos are amazing. The people? Even better. They went out of their way to make it to our wedding ALLLL The way in Sterling, Colorado! They’re so kind and thoughtful. They were right on time, and even provided coffee, churros AND ice cream for dessert without charging us for the ice cream! I would recommend them to anyone, for any event! I only wish I could get married a second time just to experience this again! (And to marry my husband again… of course) 😉😂

WOW !!!! I was looking for a Taco Truck to cater an 80th birthday party for my mother in law and came across Adrian/Taco Block. From the initial contact to the day of the event Adrian could not have delivered a more perfect product. Adrian and his team provided an amazing experience. They went above and beyond all expectations and actually included some things that were a wonderful surprise. I reached out to Adrian about 8 weeks before the event. He was ALWAYS attentive and prompt in addressing any concern or change request. I will use Taco Block again for any event that we can and recommend to anyone in need of a great ,fun food experience! Thank you Adrian and your fine team !!

Taco Block catered our wedding with their food truck in October 2023, and our guests are still raving about their meal and experience! If you are looking for a fun and delicious alternative to a traditional sit-down wedding dinner, I would absolutely hire Taco Block as your caterer. The owners, Brenda and Adrienne, were very efficient with their communication and our wedding day unfolded without any issues. I have some specific dietary needs (Celiac Disease), and Brenda and Adrienne were extremely accommodating. We are so happy to have had Taco Block as a huge part of our wedding!!

I was planning a backyard Vow Renewal/party, and the thought of a taco truck sounded appealing because really...tacos! I booked with Taco Block because of the friendliness on the phone (you really don't find that much anymore) and because of the great reviews. Here's a tip, the reviews don't begin to cover how fantastic this company is. My guests were wild about the food and the gracious and friendly service provided by Adrian and his staff won praises from everyone there. They do not waste any food - all the "left-over" food goes back to you in the form of to-go boxes; and the best surprise in the world, they clean up after dinner (and churros)! We delighted in the experience of Taco Block catering our wedding! Adrian and Brenda and their whole team were truly warm, extraordinarily communicative and organized, and guests raved about their tacos, chips, and salsa. We feel so lucky to have worked with them, every step of the way. Brenda and Adrian created a special (& covid-mindful) tasting, where there was no doubt in our minds they were our choice.
