Doesn’t even deserve one star. Long time customer at various locations and this location is the #1 worst one. Didn’t even get treated like a customer. Didn’t bother to fix the messed up drink. Ordered 2 of the same drink and one coffee was so much lighter in color than the other. Did not even taste like coffee. Esteffani who I assume took my order and the other women who made the drink was just uncalled for attitude. If you know how to make the drink as you said then maybe you should get your eyes checked because that is not how you make a caramel macchiato.
Update: contacted corporate and in an email was told id get a call from the manager in which i did and she told me to stop by and get a refund for the incorrect drink that was made aa i told her i work and would stop by on the weekend. So i stopped by on Saturday because she told me to go through the drivethru and explained that im here for my refund and this person seemed confused. i explained that the manager at this location told me to get mt refund for the wrong drink made for me. She told me to pull up and i showed her the email and she comes back with another drink…..I asked for a refund like 3 times. This is the worst location in the world. I don’t understand the management that works here just complete INCOMPETENCE and needs to learn how to make lattes. Read moreI’d give 0 stars if possible. You can order the same drink every time you go, but be given a new drink every time. Regardless if it’s busy or not, you can always count on your order being incorrect. The employees seem over worked, EVEN if there isn’t a line. They gave me the incorrect order at the drive though window, so I let them know it wasn’t what I ordered. When given back to me, they still made it wrong. So I walked in to get the correct order. I wasn’t even greeted. I said hello and explained my order was incorrect and told them what I had ordered. They handed me the correct ingredients in a cup, without a word being said to me. But they spoke amongst themselves just fine. After making my own drink in the car and trying it, it didn’t taste right. I called to speak to the manager, who was also very rude, and he let me know I explained my order wrong in the drive through. Which is odd, because I repeated it the same way three times to the girl in the drive through by the time I reached the window. Read moreI gave them a one star rating a year ago and still remember the horrible experience I went through only cause their bad services, other then a few woman currently working always remind me of it. I was on my way to college and grabbing a quick coffee because I had a midterm, I went through the drive thru. They never told me my order until I got to the window so when I heard it was over $5 for a small coffee I was confused. I told them I ordered the small coffee, they said yes and reread me the total. So I paid, they gave me a large hot something else. At this point I know I paid for someone else's order and they did not even listen when I tried to tell them my order the first time before I payed. Went inside explained, and the manager straight up said "What do you want me to do?".
