Pino's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in White Bear Lake

I ordered pizza at 6pm. The confirmation said 75 minutes, and I was charged for the pizza. 4 hours and over 20 attempts to get ahold of someone working there, and still no pizza. They finally contacted me 30 minutes after they closed for the evening. No real reason for missing my order aside from negligence. They apparently wrote the order down wrong and never even thought to call me about it. I really wish I had not given them a tip. Now I will wait an additional 13 hours for them to deliver food to me tomorrow. I do not recommend this business. They are shady, and seem to care very little about their reputation or customer service. The person I finally got in contact with was rude, not helpful at all, and made me feel as though I was the one who made the mistake. No level of apology or effort will make me waste my money with them again, and if you are smart you will avoid them too. HORRIBLE. I've never written a negative review about anyone until now. Called to make a delivery order and the guy on the phone was extremely rude. He purposefully hung up on me 2 times and when I asked what the delivery fee was he went on a YELLING tangent telling me he was tired, it was snowing and he didn't want to deliver, he didn't want to make my order, didn't want to give me the break down of my order after OVER charging me etc. etc. I could hardly hear everything he said because of his accent and how angry he was. I was in shock. I put it on speaker phone so my family could hear how nuts this guy was going off because I could hardly believe it and they couldn't either. I called back after he hung up on me and asked to speak with a manager and he told me he was the OWNER and then hung up on me again. I regret ever giving this place my business in the past and will never order...

Great actual bread and rolls. Alfredo sauce was okay, but why can’t it be ordered by itself as a side?

Why did you hold my order for an hour because you “wanted to just wait and bring all of the orders?” It took you 7 minutes to make and im 4 minutes away. I tipped you ten dollars to receive great service and was told “we can’t do that. He doesn’t have it in the menu. The menu you have is an old one and the prices are higher now.”

I just moved in here and the building gave me this menu and told me it was accurate and my order was double what I expected. Why? Even with a dollar more added for “inflation,” my total was MUCH higher than it should’ve been.
