4/13/21-HORRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE!! This location has been slowly going down!! The last several times I've ordered from them, they were out of mayo! I can understand running out in the middle of a shift but DANG! It took 3 months to get mayo back on the menu!!! Last night was the LAST STRAW!!! Ordered 3 footlongs on the app at 7:00 pm. Sandwiches were to be ready at 7:15 pm. Arrived at window at 7:25 pm and 1 car was in front of me and about 10-12 customers were inside the restaurant. I sat idle in line til 7:40 pm and then walked inside to see if my order was ready. Nope, was told, "We're working on your order, but we are slammed!". I went back to my car and sat. In the meantime, 3 more cars pulled in and get in line. This parking lot is not that big, 5 cars lined up for the drive-thru is pretty much blocking anyone who wants in or out of the parking lot and the drive-thru line is NOT MOVING!! As I'm sitting here fuming wanting to leave but I can't because my sandwiches have been PAID and my card has been CHARGED! I'm trying to figure out the thought process of the 2 ladies working inside.... Why isn't one lady making orders for the drive-thru and the other making orders for inside customers!?!? These 2 ladies were deadset on getting customers orders filled inside the restaurant FIRST! and let the drive-thru wait! AND WAIT! AND WAIT! AND WAIT! FINALLY, at 8:10PM, I pull up to get my order. I'm told they are out of bologna (kinda, messes up my cold-cut order I placed at 7:00pm or maybe if you made my sandwich somewhere in between I would have it?) As the lady walks away, I looked down and she's wearing freaking flip flops!! THAT'S IT Subway on Sheridan Rd., White Hall AR! P.S. They must have been out of lettuce too because instead of lettuce, they used spinach...lol! Oh, they have mayo now! There was so much on my sandwich, I had to scrape most of it off because it was oozing and dripping everywhere!! This town needs a better...
Read moreI don't order here much but today I walked in and asked for a Italian herb and cheese cold cut then before the lady could put the meat on the bread I switched to stake and cheese. However I noticed that it had very little meat when I asked about it she stayed that it was normal amount yet (ordered 3 of the same sandwiches) the first one clearly had meat. Now I know you're probably thinking it's a greedy thing but if I'm paying for a sandwich I prefer all them to have the same equivalent amount considering they all are the same. (subway YOU Choose YOUR sandwich) Unfortunately that was not the case and when asked again stated extra charge even though was nearly an meat to begin with. Worker Amy I'm sure they make enough money that one less customer wouldn't hurt. wasn't anyone in the store before me so I'm not sure why she was in such a rush, maybe she just works fast. Nevertheless won't be going back .Bad customer service and expensive prices. Read moreDo not go here. Yesterday 10/24/19 I went to this subway to purchase a simple veggie sandwich. Everything was ok until the owner started putting my veggies on. He mad my sandwich so sloppy but me being nice I overlooked It. I asked for sweet onion sauce, pepper, and oregano. This man put the sweet onion and some salt. I can't have salt at all so I told him that he messed up and put salt on my sandwich. He began to argue me up and down that the black dots in the sweet onion was the pepper. I told him no that's from the sweet onion sauce and just asked him to make It over. He kept arguing with me even after he fake apologized. I never made a big deal I just told him I can't have salt and that's what you mistakenly put on my sandwich so just make It over. The other kind worker made my sandwich over and correctly. Even after getting to the register trying to pay for my sandwich the owner still kept bringing the messed up sandwich up and even placed It in my face. He stated he was the owner and he doesn't care who i call (corporate) or what I say in my review because he doesn't care at all.
