Taco Bell — Restaurant in White Hall

Tell me why I just doordashed some taco bell because I work 70 hours a week at my job and I ordered a Mexican pizza meal and upgraded the two tacos to Dorito loco Supremes and a strawberry Baja dream freeze. When I got my food my tacos are not supreme but also have no meat just lettuce and cheese and my Baja has no strawberry even though there was a upcharge and my Mexican pizza had no tomatoes on top or meat inside. I went ahead and ate my pizza because I got to pull a 12 hour shift again but I work in the restraunt industry. If you don't have something you tell the doordashed so they can inform the customer. I would have cancelled my order and told door dash to refund my money for my food and keep the tip for the Dasher since they drove there. I am not going to scream or rant about it everywhere I just hope corporate sees this and knows about it because I am a manager and I know corporate looks...

Every time I come here they never get my order right. I HATE SOUR CREAM. why is it so hard to NOT put SOUR CREAM on a burrito. I have waited for 20 to 30 min in a drive thru on many occasions and every single time my food is wrong this makes 8 times in a row. This time I tried going inside. I'm tired of getting home and having to return to get it fixed. I'm done with this place. I will never return to this taco bell again. And one more thing there is always something missing. So I get to go hungry today after spending $51.72. Thank you for nothing. Update as of March 7th 2025. Apparently I forgot I left this review and went back today. Surprise surprise same crap as last time. I ordered 3 tacos for my wife 4 for myself after working 20hr shift. I only got 1 and my wifes were wrong.all the food was horrible. There is always something with this taco bell. Fryers down, system down, cash only, they are rarely open past 10pm even though the website says they are open til 1 or 2am and on the off chance that they are open the menu is extremely limited cause they are out of something... meat, rice, beans, chips, lettuce, cheese, chicken... when you can get food it's usually wrong they leave out items, or dont prepare items correctly. My husband and myself have decided to start going to the waston chapel taco bell even though the white hall one is closer to us. The extra few minutes is worth being able to get good food and good service. Did I mention that the service there is horrible? Well it is. Seems like they always have an attitude because they have to actually do thier job and then want to tell you to take a survey....
