Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in White Hall

We were traveling through and stopped for lunch.The store was clean, and so were the bathrooms.

As I exited the bathroom, I saw a sign to the employees that read, "No rags! No doo rags!!!" I was glad to see this because a man wore one in our store, and I just didn't think it was hygienic. Even though some of the employees were wearing jewelry, I didn't see anyone touching it. Yay!

The employees were patient and friendly, warm and welcoming, and they worked together from the cashier, who read our order three times to make sure she got it right, to the manager changing trash, who washed her hands snd refilled my husband's drink. One even offered me anothrr sauce for tje last few nuggets I was taking with me. They even wished us a safe trip.

Good food, good people! A winning...

I would avoid this location at all cost. I placed a mobile order for pickup and they refuse to give me all the items that the app showed came with my meal. I had one employee tell me that I needed to read the ad even though the picture is very clear about what comes with it. District manager named Nate was here and at first asked me if I was sure that was for this location so I showed him in the app that it was and he told me that was a national issue and had nothing to do with them. Worst experience EVER !!! first and last time I’ll be doing that… People in the back were just playing around and joking… cashier stood joking and took a few minutes before eye contact to take our order… then couple behind us got their order taken and we had to wait for food and the couple after us got their order before us and started talking with the workers… the manager wouldn’t make eye contact with us and we had to stand at counter and ask for our food… when we got our food it was cold… DO...
