Well after attempting to use one of their double drive-thrus while at drive through number two, their system had failed. Well I understand there is technical failure I attempted to enter into store which I did successfully so as to advise of the drive-thru issue at number two. I was then informed by a worker in a blue shirt female in her 30s, that she thought she just took an order from the window but apologized for the system not working for me. Wow this was fine customers service attempt, I was informed that the lobby is closed and that was it. There was no recourse to ordering inside to get the service and I ended up leaving the store very unsatisfied. This employee did not even offer to take my order to reconcile what happened at the drive-thru window. After trying to order twice at the drive-thru window I had to discontinue my attempts due to a large hornet that was buzzing around the speaker systems there is a need for pests control at that location because this is probably not the first hornet that keeps buzzing around that particular drive-thru. So a order was lost customer did not feel appreciated and so goes the domino effect of telling other potential customers to go to that particular McDonald's. Case in point this is why one should try to accommodate the customer versus being so robotic.
I had been going to this McDonald's for several years and will probably continue to go however after today I will seriously doubt the service would improve. I am optimistic and do not judge all servers or experiences of customer services and blame the entire restaurant and the quality or non-quality of products that they may serve. I just thought that there could have been a little bit better customer service with the taking of my order if it had failed at the drive-thru.

First, she took the card I was using (my mom’s because she was paying), then she began to hand items out without asking if I wanted a drink carrier, despite having a shake, two sundaes and a drink. I asked for the drink carrier, then she handed the shake and sundaes out in the drink carrier, and then my food and told me to have a good night. I then asked her for my drink as well and she apologized and gave me my drink. Soon after arriving home, I was going to give my mom her card back, but it was nowhere to be found, even after tearing my car apart looking for it. So I then called McDonald’s, and they simply said that they had it but my mom would have to pick the card up herself. When she arrived at the drive thru, she drove to the window, and was rudely given her card with no compensation for the mistake. They called the cops on me for no apparent reason when I asked for a refund because they were being very disrespectful to the point I didnt feel comfortable eating food from there. If you look at the cameras you will see that she came up to my vehicle very aggressive knocked very hard on my window and asked me to move up, I replied “ maam can you please ask a little bit more polite “ she replied . “ No this is me being polite “ and then when I asked for a refund told me Im calling the cops. They slammed the doors from the entrance and locked them as if I had made any threats. I sat there and waited for police to arrive.
