Cranberry Lake — Local services in White Lake Charter Township

Was a nice place to live, then Yes Communities took over, and now all they care about is keeping the investors happy. Seems like lately, there are more people moving out than in. Constant rent increases with no improvements or amenities to show for it. When you talk to the management, basically they don't care, just give me the rent. Hopefully, one day, private equity will get out of mobile home parks. These are people's homes, not an investment opportunity. There is no need to answer my review with call us to discuss the issue. We have already discussed the issues to no avail. Til then, I will be awaiting the next rent increase. On a more positive note, it is a rather quiet park for now. It's only a matter of time before it becomes a standard...

Promise broken, no one here is happy, my neighbor has been here long enough for 2 rent increases but is still waiting for their shed and yard, their yard looks horrible!! my dad had a valid complaint, and manager was very unreceptive,, was basically like, I'm sorry, it was a misunderstanding , get over it,,, most of these 5 star reviews are from employees of yes communities or their family and friends,, they're not even good at hiding it,,shows how unethical this company is,, here's an idea yes communities, how about earning those five star ratings instead of manufacturing them through...

I’d like to bring to your attention about the incident that happened with the well crisis that we had here in the park. The job that your staff did from the top all the way to the bottom was a fantastic job. Smoother than I could have thought possible. Kylan, Shery, Kathy, Carlos, and Michael, Maurice the job that they did was above and beyond the call of duty. It makes me very proud to know I have the people in this park that actually cares about the residents and...
