McDonald's — Restaurant in White Pine

Pretty horrible location all-around. Only has one ordering kiosk, which is understandable for the size of the location, but there was a line formed to use it and none of the employees seemed eager to help customers who wanted to order at the register. NONE of the employees were wearing gloves, but unfortunately I only noticed this after I’d already ordered and waited 15 minutes for my food (which, for the record, never should have taken that long given the size and contents of the order). The girl bagging the orders kept playing with her long hair and touching her face. I felt really bad for the girl taking out the trash… she would ask the manager questions about her tasks and he kept replying “I don’t know.” The manager was pretty hateful towards every customer I witnessed him interact with, especially a man who received the wrong item in the drive-through and asked for a correction. Sandwich was sloppily made and difficult to eat and the fries were cold. The most shocking part of this experience was they charge for a cup of water! What! I have never seen a McDonald’s, or any other fast food chain, charge for water. I’d rather go hungry than...

Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm not basing this off one visit it's multiple times in the last months. They are always out of something, ok I get it ,supply chain issues but every time.? Got off work the other morning, right around 3a.m. ,went over to the drive thru and it was on the dinner menu. I sat there for 2-3 minutes before anyone answered, then the menu changed to breakfast, ok I wanted sausage burritos anyway. Someone comes on and asks for my order and I say 2 sausage burritos and they say hold on, there's about a 30 second pause then they say we're not ready to serve breakfast right now, 😑 I say "But you've changed the menu over" they repeat their original statement. Now keep in mind that this location serves certain breakfast items all day ,sausage burritos being one of them. I went there last night and sat there at the drive thru and no one ever answered ( this was about midnight) . I know that you're gonna have a bad experience every once in a while no matter where you go but this place constantly disappoints. I will say that I can't comment on what this location is like during the day but all my issues occur...

I ordered two items egg and cheese, English muffin and a hash brown. I walked in. Nobody is at the counter. I saw a manager walk across the floor. She looked at me continue to do whatever she was doing. The prep cook came out, looked at me, went back to wherever he came from and then I heard a beep so another young girl came out, went directly to the drive-through and helped two customers while I was still standing there, nobody helping me I clearly said can I get some help please and all of a sudden she want to jump out from behind a wall and says somebody will be right with you I said why couldn’t I get that same Respect When you looked at me so from the time I walked in and from the time she took my order 43 minutes and I was the only person in the store. After receiving my food, I just threw it in the trash because after my order, she walked back to the prep gentlemen and said something to him and at that point it wasn’t worth eating. For a minute, I kind of forgot where I was, but when I realized where I was the good old boys and girls in good old Tennessee so sad so Never again in my life I will ever give you a penny...
