The first thing that struck me about Everybody's Brewing was how friendly and welcoming the staff was. We just wanted to try some beers, but due to mobility issues, we were not able to sit at the bar or a tall table. They were totally down for that and didn't mind that we sat at a dining table (I mention this because I've definitely had the annoyed server who makes us feel obligated to order a lot of food because we're not at the bar, and I just want to be like, "hey, don't get mad at me because your bar doesn't have more accessible seating" anyway, rant over).
We did get an app (nachos), and based on how it tasted, we were sad we were not hungrier! We will be going back for more food! The nachos were loaded with so much meat (rare these days, I feel like), and we ended up taking more than half of it home with us. The nachos passed the "but does it heat up well at home?" test. Twice.
They have outdoor seating as well, with a beautiful view and a chill atmosphere. It looked like they had a stage for live music, too, maybe. Bathrooms get 5 stars. And there were so many options for dietary restrictions. The homemade bbq sauce was so unique and some of the best I've ever tasted. 5 Stars all around. Worth the trip even if you're not staying in white salmon or even...
Read moreEverybody's has great beer and food. If you're in White Salmon or even North Oregon Everybody's brewery is a place to check out to have some fresh brewed beer and delicious bites with great views of the Gorge. I had the "Nashville Chicken Sandwich," started out with the fried pickles and had two hazy IPA's. The bread the sandwich was served with was toasted and buttery but kept it's integrity while chowing down on that juicy fries chicken goodness. The seasoning of the chicken was impressively complex rather than hot and oily. The meat was super juicy and savory. I appreciated the sweet notes and the curry in the Nashville sauce. The fried pickles were really delicious. The crust/breading was crispy and held up despite the center being juicy and briny. I definitely recommend getting the friend pickles. I had two hazy IPA's that were juicy and hoppy. I like that it maintained a hoppy flavor without an overwhelming bitterness and it actually complimented the floral and fruit notes. I wish my tolerance wasn't so low to try some more beers. Again, I highly recommend visiting Everybody's if you're...
Read moreThis was actually our second visit to this brewery, the first time was several years back and we only sampled beers. This time we sampled a couple more, and ordered food. First the beer was really good. There are so many there that we want to try it will take us several trips to sample them all. This visit we had the Cold Pressed Coffee Porter, the Amber, and the Sprinkles (with a name like that I had to try it). The Coffee Porter was the winner hands down, but the Sprinkles was a surprise as well - more of a cider than a beer I would say. I would order any of them again. For food we shared the Chicken Burrito.... it was huge... small baby huge! And it was good! We were both very happy with the choice. Service was attentive and the food was quick. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a local brew house, lots of locals visiting with friends, families having dinner, and tourists like us. They have lots of brewery gear for sale... t shirts, hats, etc. Overall this is our favorite of the Hood River area breweries..... We will...
