Givanni's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Whitehall

I have been enjoying great pizza and suffering through the demise of many East Side/Whitehall area pizza joint for my entire 58 years. We had Giovanni's when they first opened, looking forward to a new option having been a long time Dino customer/fan. It was not bad but not the best. We planned on trying them again. I placed an online order and waited the 30mins to pick it up. When I got there I waited in line and was told that my order had not been started. They asked me to wait - Okay. After waiting for almost two hours I was told that my order had been cancelled online. WHAT? How do you cancel an order online? Also, I was given misinformation concerning how to get refunded. I didn't get what I ordered, very pricey. I asked for the works side salad,got charged for a large, when I questioned my bill, I was told the prices where wrong, mindyou it's on the counter,a postcard,website and wall. To make matters worse, when my order was presented they tried to give me the side salad, the lady double checked and gave me the correct one. When I got home , my "salad" had the the aorks with very little lettuce....Bad business and I will let others know not to patronize this...
