Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Whitehall

I placed an order in person for a thin crust, 1 cheese, 1 meat lovers and 2 crazy breads with sauce and waited 25 minutes to get my thin crust pizza. I then discovered that the thin crust pizza I ordered 25 minutes ago just went out the door with the person who just walked in 3 minutes prior. So after waiting I'm told that oopsy they just sold it to the lady that just left but they'll get another 1 in the oven asap and it'd be 25 more minutes, but someone in the back said that there was a thin crust ready. So I'm handed 3 pizza's and a box of Italian cheese bread. I told them I ordered 2 crazy breads with sauce only to be told there was no crazy bread left but I could wait 10 to 15 minutes. I'm pretty upset at this point so I grab the 3 pizza boxes and my Italian cheese bread trying to be nice and not make a big deal about it. I go home, open the pizza boxes only to find out that it was 1 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizza's. I tried calling to speak to a manager but they never answer the phone. I'm never going to this location again! It's always been not so good service. So I guess I'm just taking a loss... Also the worst at...

I have had mainly good experiences here. A few times I had someone who was not the most pleasant but never anyone flat out rude. I do expect to wait a little longer at busy times. If you go when it is not busy it is very quick and easy. During busy times customers need to understand they are doing the best they can with the amount of orders and sometimes unkind, impatient customers that they have to encounter. The food is consistent, I always get the same quality and quantity of pizza. I happen to think the pretzel pizza is AMAZING and one of my favorites. I would definitely recommend it. The one negative thing I will say is that it is extremely difficult to place an order by phone. Again, the amount of calls coming into that location I am sure is high but it has taken me longer to get my order put in then it took to get the pizza....and yes I understand there is an app and yes I have used it, the app is great, you can order, pay, and pick up without any human interaction but I prefer to call in my order. I always order through the mobile app and have no issues but today I wasn't given my crazy bread. I called to see if there was anything I could do (perhaps a refund since I wasn't able to drive back) and the employee told me to hold on and came back only to not say anything and hang up the phone. Before that I called 6 times and had to use another phone before they answered. A friend of mine wanted to order to we called. The only reason I ordered on the app this time was because I had called to place the order since we wanted to pay in cash and the employee pretended not to hear us and hung up. I believe that's the reason the number was blocked on one phone and when I used another phone to call they picked up. I love the food here it's a bang for your buck but the employee today, a women unsure of her name, was unpleasant and rude. I work in fast food and I get it can be tiring but it's still your job!!! Make sure before you leave that you grab all your food or else you're just giving...
