Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Whiteland

I went in around 9:30pm EST. I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread and a 16pc wing I was checked out by a younger man who was nice. My total came to about $25 later after a $2 tip. Like 2 minutes later this woman who’s name is Valerie or the GM states I wasn’t charge for the wings so I needed to pay a 2nd time which was another $17. I was confused because there are coupons online that are carryout sales. She was very rude & told me she couldn’t give me the sale price because I didn’t place the order online. But I told her I came in and placed a carryout so this didn’t make sense to me. So I waited for about 30 minutes. The pizza was done first and then the wings because I had to place 2 different orders due to their mess up. When I got home, the pizza was ice cold. My husband called to tell them this, and the man he spoke to said he would gladly remake it and then deliver it to us since we made it home already. We have 2 young girls who were hungry so I really appreciated this.

This Valerie girl ACTUALLY calls me back to say “I gave you that pizza right out of the oven so I’m not remaking it”. I told her you didn’t because I had to wait on the wings to get done and I waited about 30 minutes. She then says “no you waited 15 minutes” which isn’t true, I waited 30 minutes. She then told me I needed to bring the old pizza in so that they could verify it was actually cold. They ended up remaking this pizza for us.

But I’m actually appalled that she called me back to argue with me. This is sooo unprofessional and I am truly surprised she is the GM at that store. Truly. I did not deserve to be...

Well lets start off. My order on 12/15/24, it was a pick up order. I go in, the worker didn't even act like I was there. Then said "yea" On his phone and rude. Got home with my order. The pizza was raw. I sent an email to Dominos and they told me to contact the store. I did not because I was not going to eat there again. I received an text on 01/19/25 stating sorry it took so long. Gave me a 25$ credit. I didn't think I would use it but with the weather I thought OK I will give it another go. Ordered 2 pizzas, We were not hungry yet but ordered for later. No problems. When I go to get a piece a nasty bug came from under. This is after I took a bite. Spit the bite out and smashed the bug. Took to the bin off the bat. They will probably say it was my bug and why didn't contact them. Reason being I would not ever eat food from there again so why contact. This place is disgusting. People are rude. Better off eating a ratburger from demolition...

I ordered two pizzas.one meatzilla. The other deluxe no Italian sausage no ham add jalapeños. One was not to have any itialian sausage. I can’t stand the stuff. I have a 6 year old who is not able to eat two whole pieces. I asked both be cut in squares. They orginally sent both pizzas with Italian sausage. And cut in triangle pieces. I called the store back and explained and asked for a redelivery. Of pizza that was not supposed to have Italian sausage. They just sent a third pizza with Italian sausage so everybody in my house got fed not me and none of the pieces were cut right so we had to waste extra as well. they cannot read at this location or follow simple instructions.
