Friendly warning - pay attention when they're making your sandwich, because apparently Subway requires a degree of hand-holding I have never before encountered in a restaurant. Theres an item on the menu that says "BLT". I ordered one, got home, and was presented with a foot of bread and three strips of sad, lonely looking bacon. Nary an "L" or a "T" to be found. So I called back to say 'hey, i dont wanna be That Guy, but can I get a refund or an account credit or something?' Apparently I can not. According to the counter girl, you have to specifically ask for the Lettuce and Tomato, despite the fact that Lettuce and Tomato are actually listed in the name of the menu item you are ordering. The only thing they add without prompting is the meat. In short, they expect you to go in to the store, order a Number 5, and then walk them carefully through each individually step involved in the making of a Number 5 as if you are their frickin' training manager. Just in case you havent been to any other restaurants lately, let me remind you that if I go to an Olive Garden and say 'I would like the Chicken Alfredo, please', I do not have to specify that I would like my Chicken Alfredo to have noodles in it. So this is a great establishment to eat at, if you enjoy pretending you are a low level and underpaid manager of a sandwich shop for 15 minutes. If thats not really up your ally, maybe try Jimmy...
Read moreMy wife and I go to subway several times a week and have no problems anywhere else but this one in whiteland on US 31. it really sucks to come home to eat your sandwich with crumbs falling all over the place. You can not convince me the people making these sandwiches can't tell fresh bread from dry stale bread. Well today is the last time we will go there. I called to speak to the manager and I think the woman said she went to the bank. Very hard to understand as well. UPDATE JUST TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR PUR INCONVENIENCES WANTED TO AGRUE ABOUT THE BREAD BEING COOKED TODAY. I TOLD HER THAT DOES ME NO GOOD AS IT WAS STILL DRY AND THE SANDWICHES SUCKED. SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I SERIOUSLY SUGEST SUBWAY FINDS A NEW MANAGER. THIS IS DOING THE STORE AN IN JUSTICE!!! Update: Since I could get no response or satisfaction from the store manager as she became defensive and wouldn't even listen before hanging up I called the cooperate office. The number on top of your receipt gives cooperate who is the franchise owner. Corporate apologized for the store managers action and said they would contact the store owner and he would contact me directly That was over 2 weeks ago and no response. Guess I see manager gets her ethics. By pass this place there are many more with excellent service and...
Read moreEver since they switched to supposedly slicing their product, I have gotten 2 or 3 sandwiches that barely had anything on them. One barely had 6 slices of meat and the others have too. Sad you pay 10$ or more for pretty much just bread. Won't be back!
Past:This place has really gone down hill over the past year or so. Several times I've tried to order something and get to the window to pay to just find out they're out of what I wanted. They need to get their stuff together! If you're out of something, take it off the menu! And give people what they ordered, just today they royally screwed up my order and I'm not even surprised. Definitely will start looking for another place to buy food from!
Past :Food is always good here and fresh. Prices aren't too bad and the service is very good and fast! Definitely a good place to grab a quick bite to eat...
