Sazon Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Whitesburg

Fiancé found a long hair in his food. He actually had taken a bite and had to pull the hair out his mouth 🤢. The manager was notified and was not willing to do anything about the situation to make it right. Only offered to have the plate remade but at this point he and I were sick to our stomachs and did not want anything else from their kitchen. We understand that mistakes happen but there is no reason to be rude and you should take responsibility for the situation. My fiancé told her what he was willing to pay for the other meals and she told him to look at the camera at the checkout desk and that he needed to leave. As we were trying to load our kids up and I was trying to tend to my infant daughter, the manager comes outside and starts taking pictures of myself and my children. Including my infant daughter whom I was trying to get changed and cleaned up. We asked her to leave us alone and she proceeded with more rude comments and even looking at our tag and noticing that we were from out of town. Went to Sazon today which looked to be no one there so we was like hell yeah we'll get good food quick...went in and the host was very sweet to us, we sit down and get our drinks, then we order. My wife got her fajita nachos on fries, fries were not even seasoned, steak and vegetables were on the more burnt side. I got the Taquitos for my meal and it says on menu 4 taquitos with guacamole salad so I wanted that. Got to the table and there was only 2 Taquitos, rice and beans, about a small container of sour cream and way to much pico, so I asked the server like where's my other 2? Oh you wanted the lunch portion so that's what I gave you. No I read that it said 4. Nothing about 2. The insides were dry, rice was hard, and the beans were disgusting. Used to be a great place to eat..but on this night it was horrible..stale cold chips were brought out with what looked like ketchup but with no flavor, for salsa.margaritas had zero alchohol,although the signs bragged about how they use patron and the finest alchohols..when we asked the bartender if there was a mistake, he said no..so we asked if he would add some more alcohol at our expense..he refused saying it was what it was ,take it or leave!!..then the food arrived..bland,tasteless,and cold..didn't even bring tortillas which always come with the dinner. Leaving us to just shovel in the fillings with no shells..never got any refills.then took 20 minutes to get the check after we were done...I will say..there was only one waitress that night and she was running around totally over her head...
