Subway — Restaurant in Whitesburg

This place repeatedly fails me. Cold sandwiches. Eyes rolled when i ask for more of a certain vegetable. And to top it all a card reader that asks for a tip for FAST FOOD.

Food is so consistently cold i had my wife Ask for my sandwich to be DOUBLE HEATED AND TOASTED this time. Apparently they gave her a weird look when she told them "he wants it hot enough to burn him" and when she got to the car less than 3 minutes later it was like It was microwaved for 10 seconds with no toast.

You can get better, healthier food for less money next door at Lee's or the Mexican restaurant. Don't waste...

Currently I am in the hospital. Ordered a protein bowl from their app. After my wife dropped it off to me I noticed it was not made correctly. Called to let them know it was not the correct order and the they said they dont deliver to the hospital and in order for them to fix it i would have to come in the store with receipt to show them.( I NEVER ONCE ASKED THEM TO DELIVER TO THE HOSPITAL) I caint check my self out of the hospital and proceed to tell me to call my wife to have her to bring everything back in so they can check everything. Just seeing fast food handled with gloves is a plus. The attitude of the workers is great imo. Very friendly and don't mind just normal small talk while they make your food. The food is what you'd expect at any other Subway. More often than not the bread is fresh with the occasional bad day. The cookies are hit and miss but you have better luck getting fresh cookies the earlier in the day...
