Rent-A-Center — Local services in Whitesburg

It's been nothing but problems. I signed up for no weekly payments but was put on weekly. Called to have it fixed and they split the payment. Part of it due one week and the rest due the next week. Come to find out that one of the parts was the benefits thing that I specifically declined when setting this up. Had to ask 7 times for it to be fixed. My request to have the benefits thing removed was ignored until today. My payment is more than $20 higher than my contract states. About to give up and go to Aaron's. My payment was supposed to be $50 bi weekly and it's $76. That's a whole lot more than 50. They're as bad as scammers. Edited this review to include the fact that they call me about my payment before it's even late. I told them multiple times to stop calling me until I owe them money and if I don't pay they can call me then. So glad I took my business elsewhere from where I was at. I definitely made the right choice coming to rent a center in Whitesburg! Got a brand new sectional, a twin over full bunkbed brand new with mattresses, and a new Queen platform frame and Queen mattress brand new from here for the same biweekly price I was paying for one bedroom suit at my precious rental place! I stoped by the whitesburg RAC, the first day they opened, not actually planning on purchasing anything, cause I honestly thought thier prices would be way up there.
