Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Whitesburg

In the last 3 days my son placed an order at our local Little Ceasers in Ermine Ky (on 2 different days) for a extra most bestest pizza's. An both times they just threw a $5.00 hot an ready pizza in the boxes. We pulled up to the drive threw window an sat there 3 to 4 mins an no one came to the window. So I get out of my truck an knock on the window still no one came to the window. I wait a min or so an blow the horn still no service I once again get out of my vehicle an knock on the window. An finally this lady employee comes to the window, an waz very rude. She takes his order for a extra most bestest an elite on the sauce an says it will be a 10 to 15 min wait. So we pull to the curb to wait well we wait an wait my son gets out an goes in an they tell him it will be a few more mins. He comes out an we wait it wasn't 3 mins a guy employee comes out an says sorry for the wait. So we leave an i noticed that the pizza was barely warm an it was yet another $5.00 pizza. If it had been freshly made I wouldn't have been able to hold it in my lap. We get home I call back down there an the lady is hateful once again an says in a hateful an rude voice well we have a 24 hr return policy bring it back an we will make another for him. They couldn't get the first 2 orders correct why would I let them...

I just want to say that me and my husband was walking by llttle Ceasars pizza in Whitesburg ky and then some work came running out the back yelling and cussing could she fing help us i mean how embarrassing was.
