Walmart — Local services in Whitesburg

It's getting worse and worse. No one can help you after you spend forever tracking them down. And they've stopped carrying certain items that other Walmart stores still carry.The associate's are rude 90% of the time and they never have enough lanes open, so you have to use self checkout and do their job for them. They insinuate that people are trying to steal when you take your time at self checkout because the prices on the shelves are not always what it rings up for. Wish there was another store like k-mart or target. I'd never shop Walmart again. Prices keep raising but the amount of product in the bags keeps getting less and less. How does that make sense. I will do without until I can go to a different Walmart than the one in Whitesburg. It's just...

This is a small town walmart so it doesn't have all the amenities of a super walmart. The space is limited so if it's a Friday be prepared for a crowd. You'll find most of the necessities you'll need and a few you don't. One can buy stamps, money orders or get cash at the front. It has a public restroom but it doesn't have a fast food restaurant. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful but like all businesses these days there's always a few who dodge work to be on a cell phone. Like I said before it's a small building so be prepared to share the space if it's the first of the month and it's a Friday and your not a people person you might want to consider just staying home or waiting till...

This Walmart has everything you could need. But, it might not have everything you want. It has a lot of stuff from shoes, to baby items, hygiene products, clothing, things for the outdoors and groceries plus more. I like this Walmart but something's there you could get at the dollar store or grocery store for way cheaper. Really, the only downside in my opinion is sometimes like the first of the month or close to holidays and even sometimes around 3-4pm when people are getting off work and school it can be so crowded that you can't be in an aisle without bumping into someone and parking when it's like that is impossible.
