TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!!! My husband and I stopped there late Friday night (7/29/16) to get something to eat. We got terrible service. And it was obvious that it was because we were not the right color. There was a young African American girl named Nakalya (or something like that) and she was going out of her way to help the other African American customers. Even going into a conversation with a guy about his birthday who came up to get some condiments. But walked away and went back to filling up the buckets that hold the ketchup and stuff, and had to be told by the manager to take our order since she was the only cashier open! Then, she acted like it was an inconvenience that she had to! . We didn't get our cups or anything. But another African American guy came up and ordered and she was quick to help and give him a cup for his drink. Meanwhile we were patiently waiting. The ONLY good thing I can say is that the sanitation grade is a 97%. Which is great, but the service really is the worst!!!!!!!! And my cheeseburger was upside down, with the cheese on the bottom and I don't think there was anything but mustard on it. Very disappointing and I will be doing the survey on the receipt and maybe even calling the restaurant to speak with a manager. And I felt like I was in a club, not a McDonald's. Way too many people just hanging out, not eating, and too loud. As I said, TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!!...

I went thru the drive thru as I thought that it would be faster than going inside. There was only one car ahead of me in the outside lane. Once they completed their order and pulled up. I pulled up to the speaker, ready to place my order as I already knew what I wanted.
I proceeded to sit and wait for the employee to welcome me and ask me for my order for well over 5 minutes. The cars in the inside lane were apparently able to get their orders taken, as I watched about 3 of them pull up to their speaker and pull around shortly afterward.
I was finally greeted and asked what I would like to order, but not before others in line behind me were getting frustrated with me that I was taking so long to place my order.
As I pulled around to pay, I noticed that the first window you would normally pay at was unmanned, which explained why ordering took so long.
At the second window they cashier took my money and gave me my sandwich. I noticed that it looked like there were only 4 employees working on that shift.
I don't blame the employees for the delay but rather the management team for not having enough employees scheduled to satisfactorily cover the shift.
Hopefully, they will do better...
Read moreMy wife and I were traveling to the coast and decided to grab a quick bite to eat. It was about 8:30PM or so and we were the only people inside the restaurant when we arrived but the drive through had a steady pace of customers. We waited several minutes before anyone asked if we needed help and then while we waited, a pin headed gentleman in the kitchen had a long conversation with one of the other associates about how they didn’t have any Sweet Iced Tea, that the unsweetened Tea was “nasty” and asked what she should do about the situation. Mr Pinheads suggestion was to just give us Lemonade. No one asked us if we wanted Lemonade as a substitute. I can only assume that the Zika American store leadership was also challenged when it comes to communicating with customers or understanding anything about customer service. On top of all of this our fries were cold despite the steady stream of customers. I’ve been to countless numbers of McDonald’s but this is my first experience with the Land of Misfit Toys themed restaurant. Needless to say, we won’t be back. I gave them 1 star because we didn’t get...
