Can't actually say how good the food was because we waited an hour without receiving any. We waited at least 20 minutes to order. Two other tables came in after us (it is seat yourself) and received service before us. If you are a regular then it seems like a great experience but if you are coming in for the first time, expect to wait. Our waitress came only twice, one for drink orders and once for a food order. A different employee came by and refilled a single drink and said she would be back for the others but never came back. Eventually we put cash on the table for our drinks and left. We may have waited it out if anyone had informed us that the wait was going to be long or anything of the sort but no, we were almost completely ignored. I almost exclusively leave positive reviews but this was honestly the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Serving size is very small for the price. First time we went was in the evening and the fish was the size of a small chicken nugget and there was only 10 with the meal for $20. Next time I went for lunch and got fish sandwich on rye bread. The fish was in the center of the bread and wet inside. Served with small bag of chips for &10.99. Usually when fish is wet inside it was cooked while it was frozen. I felt i was just eating bread. I won’t be going back. It’s a shame they advised the fish was like the Kings Table. Fantastic local small business. Wife was looking for a place to eat seafood for good Friday and found this place. We're always on the lookout for local restaurants rather than chain restaurants. This place did not disappoint. Our server was fantastic and super friendly. Think we waited 10 min after placing our order before it was on the table in front of us. Also, there is no shortage on the portions. Food was delicious and far better than any chain place. 10/10 recommend.
