Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Whitewater Township

I don't really ever write reviews, but Teryn (the GM) and her crew are fantastic. You're greeted when you walk in, they're attentive and so endlessly polite, and they get your order right. The store's only been open for 2 weeks. I complimented the nice woman who handed me my order and told them how nice they all were. I was talking about how working in a fast food joint is a thankless job and I was impressed because customers can be such jerks. Teryn poked her head around the corner because she thought there was a problem and I explained myself, and she just absolutely launched into heartfelt conversation about how proud she was of her crew and how far they'd come in 2 weeks, how proud she was to work under her owner, and it really just warmed my cold, dead heart to see a manager hype team up the way that she did while they were making our food. On the way out the door, I heard her give her team high praise and congratulate them on the compliment I'd given all of them, saying how much all their hard work was paying off. Seriously, nobody goes to fast food and expects to enter into an atmosphere like that, but this store has something going on. The place is spotless, the smiles don't stop, and the food is fantastic. Great, great job, Teryn and team! Wish more places of business operated the way yours does!

This is a brand new location with pretty green employees. Reviews that don't take that into consideration should also not be considered. Those folks should just hop behind the counter and make their own sandwiches, honestly. ANYWAY, that's not what I came here to say lol.

Me and my girlfriend came in for lunch this afternoon the environment was really nice and clean, all the staff was super friendly and I was greeted immediately as I we walked threw the door the cashier was really friendly and gave use suggestions on what they liked on the menu and helped use pick out our food and we watched them make our food and I believe the manger was on the grill because she was coaching and guiding the other staff on how to make the food to there best of abilities as she also made time to notice us and thanking us for our business and it was such an fantastic experience and when we got our food it was made exactly how we asked for it to be made was the best penn station I've ever eaten at the sandwich was seasoned perfectly and fries had just the right amount of salt on them . We can't wait to come back because we know we're going to get the best service we ever had everyone acted like they wanted to be there and happy to serve all the customers thank you again see...

This restaurant has recently been opened but I'm grateful for it. Penn Station is one of those places you can get a decent sandwich made with fresh ingredients every time. My favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak and the Italian. Based on my last couple of visits to this location, it seems that they give you great service. Being that their staff gets along well with each other, the place is well maintained and clean, and the cashier who usually takes my order, Austin, has good attention to detail. I recommend coming here and will be bringing my friends (or myself, of course) here to eat once in a while as I have to satisfy my craving for Penn Station's...
