Apparently there has been a fair amount of fraudulent activity conducted at this store by an employee. For me, It started with a phone upgrade last December that I’ve never gotten a promised credit for and then in January, I was told by this same employee that I could trade in the 2 other phones on my account for free upgrades to iPhone 13. I’ve went back to the store multiple times to find out why I’m still charged full price, told by this same employee that it is still processing and to be patient. Called Verizon, but no luck. Visited the store again only to learn that the employee was terminated for what sounds like ongoing fraudulent activity. I was told to call Verizon to sort it out, but seems that they won’t do anything either so I’m out $2,000??? Not sure how many people are needed for a class action case, but so far I’m aware of at least 2 other individuals who were victims of this store/criminal. Beware of using non-official Verizon stores…you get caught in the middle when things go wrong. I certainly...
Read moreIn December I got a promotion phone. After 3 calls to TCC Verizon Cleves still the full cost of phone is still being deducted monthly on Verizon bill. No call back from TCC 3 promises to straighten it out. Kept telling me " it takes Verizon awhile to add the promotion credit" . In March TCC told me " I'm working on it and I even have you name & cell on a sticky not on my desk" Verizon Corp tells me they don't see any promotion and take it up with TCC/TXP It is still unresolved- still no call back. Guess I'm paying full price for this phone now! Update* still not resolved May 11..and the reply I learned is computer generated that contact does even work here anymore. I've made 6 calls to Mike and aRegional Mgr won't even...
Read moreWent here to upgrade a phone on our plan. Usually go to the Verizon store on Glenway Ave. but they did not have the desired phone in stock. This store did. Talked to salesperson and got everything setup. Very helpful and friendly, also helped transfer data to new phone. The 3 stars is because this store is a Franchise, not corporate store which I didn't realize until I looked over the receipt and found I was charged $39 just to walk in the door. We also got 2 charging cables, power supply, phone case and a cigarette lighter adapter. My total bill was $250 and that did not include any activation fee, which will be on my next bill. Even though the in store experience was fine here, I think I'll stick to the corporate store...
