Ted's Place — Restaurant in Whitman

To the potential prospects of Ted's Place - There are SO many more affordable and delicious options to go to for breakfast/lunch than this place. Ted has taken complete advantage of his customers. You will spend $20 for two eggs, coffee and hasbrowns - $25 if you include toast. This guy lost his mind recently and thought that it was okay to increase prices 1000% during a recession. Many people I've taken here have all said this is the most overcharged breakfast food of all time. I was in the Whitman barber shop and a customer walked in and said to the owner "Never go to Ted's Place, that guy rips his customers off and the food sucks"

Prices are way to high for breakfast and the coffee did not taste well at all and was bitter . The home fries are more like French fries than home fries . The coffee was 2.75 for only 4 ounces of coffee. It costs + 3.75 additionally on top of 5.65$ For the eggs , “home fries” and toast. The ham was thin and cheap. Every morning there's a "gentleman" sitting at the counter drinking coffee and playing KENO, rambling on openly about his political leanings.He has maximum opinions with minimal boundaries. He apparently has a strong need to feel like he's right but because he isn't eating he's usually gone by 8:30am....
