I placed an order and waited nearly 35 minutes, only to discover it had never been made. After bringing it to their attention, they finally remade the order—but it still took another 20 minutes to receive it. Throughout the entire ordeal, there was little to no empathy from the staff, nor any urgency to correct the mistake.

Based on the reviews on the GF app, I expected so much more. Walked in at 11:30 on a Saturday morning and they were out of the only two GF pastries in their very small case. The only GF bagel they had was just plain. When I asked how strong their decaf coffee is, the four employees just laughed among themselves and one looked straight at me and quipped, “well, I don’t know anybody who would come to a coffee shop for decaf.” Well, girlie, you may not be able to have decaf if you ever develop heart problems as you age.
