KFC — Restaurant in Whittier

July 30th...once again ordered strips with 4 honey mustard sauce and got none. We are paying higher prices now, but getting worse service. Next time, I'll hold up the line as I check everything in the bag which you people should do before you hand me my order. Pretty sad people can't do their job even with a big raise they got. Do your job.

Drive thru order of strips combo with honey mustard sauce...got home and found 6 packets of honey and 6 packets of buttery spread. Dont use either one. We decided on chicken and stopped at this location. From the direction we were driving we had to make a U turn into the parking lot which is on a bend in the street so there’s cars turning from the other direction. They wasn’t anyone in the drive thru on a Saturday around 11:30 am. It was quick and the staff person at the window was very friendly. The food was pretty good but very greasy but understandable since it’s fried. All the sides were good but the Mac and cheese was a bit burnt. The biscuits were also doughy and to gummy for my liking. I would give it stars if the service was good, but walking in and seeing the coleslaw sitting out and not knowing how long it has been sitting there is quite a concern. And getting an Attitude from the personal the counter when advised of it and asking for a refund doesn't help either. I also did not like the fact that we had ordered green beans and it took more than 10 minutes to get and the store was not busy. I will not return to this establishment. I still like the coleslaw, but not when service leave a sour taste...
