Now THIS was worth every penny. I’ve been craving and on the hunt for good carnitas street tacos and LAWD have mercy these were so good. I got a dozen churros (fire) the carnitas 3 street taco plate with double rice and a side of lime and a horchata to drink. The food came out fast, the people are so friendly, the churros were hot and delicious. The green sauce on the side was DELICIOUS. I loved this place! I knew it would be good because I’m a doordasher and I come here to pick up orders for my customers. Every time I had an order here it was delivered to a Mexican families house. I was like “this place gotta be good” and it is, you will not be disappointed it’s fire. Five stars all day. Just look at this plate! They got a drive thru and they take cards.

El Primo Mexican Restaurant on Seymour Hwy and Loop 11 (Beverly Drive) is a hidden gem! The owner, Cesar, offers some of THE BEST authentic Mexican food in Wichita Falls - it is that good, no joke! Dine-In/Take-out or go thru their Drive-Thru (highly recommend calling ahead abiut 15 minutes for the drive thru). Hiurs: Mon-Sat, 6am - 4pm (Closed Sundays) They have a wide variety of delicious traditional Mexican dishes: Street Tacos; Enchiladas, and Fajitas as well as breakfast burritos and full breakfast plates (breakfast served daily from 6am-11am). Try the El Primo Fajita Plate or their Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - I've had them both and they are super delicious! Tell them Charlie sent you! 🙋‍♂️

The best food in Wichita Falls!! If you're looking for a fresh, cooked-to-order, flavorful and unique meal, look no further. We randomly stumbled onto this place after living here for 6 years. It's a typical "hole in the wall" type joint (the best places often are), but it's clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly too. But even without all of that, the food is definitely worth the visit on its own. Highly recommend if you want something authentic and cooked to perfection. Try their breakfast. You won't be disappointed.

Bar nonethe BEST breakfast burrito I've had since moving to North Texas.

I had to travel to Wichita to help a friend. We had to leave early and no fast food was open as we left for town. I passed by, not expecting much more than something to tide me over that didn't suck. Boy was I wrong!

The window attendant appeared to be an owner. He was very friendly, talked me through the menu since I was a first-timer, then we just talked. My breakfast burrito arrived. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the sausage flavorful and cut to the right size, they used thick cut bacon (diced, not minced or pulverized) VERY UNEXPECTED AND APPRECIATED, the potatoes (papas) were firm but tender.

As good as that burrito was, the tomatillo sauce was even better if that's possible. it reminded me of why I like salsa tomatillo so much.

The burrito was sliced in half and wrapped in foil for ease of eating on the go. It was presented in a small/medium clam shell box, the perfect size. And the bonus, it was not "soupy" like many breakfast burritos are...so NO juices (burrito pee) to stain my shirt.

I can't wait to go back...maybe one day in time to try the lunch/dinner menu. Regardless, I hope my friend needs...

The food was good enough but not memorable and it was very overpriced. For 2 moms and 3 little kids (age 8, 6 and 4) we ordered 1 quesadilla, 1 burrito and 1 order of nachos, 2 bottled cokes and 3 cups of tap water. The bill was $48. The atmosphere was that of an old dairy queen (in fact I think it was an old dairy queen) and we ordered at the counter. Next time I am driving by, I will keep driving by.... UPDATE: in response to the owner's reply below...there was not a children's menu posted in the restaurant (nor is one posted online) and when I asked about kid's portions I was told that there were no kids meals that the posted menu was all that was available. Even the outdated menu that is presently posted online, the least expensive item listed is a burrito for $7.99 (higher priced now). Still for 2 quesadillas, a burrito and 2 bottles cokes, the price should not be $48. Please also note that I have made 25 or more Google reviews and This is my Only Negative Review; However this experience was so egregious, that I felt I must share my experience to save others from the same disappointment; There are so many Mexican food options available with better food, better atmosphere and...

Im only writing this review to put my experience of the last time I got food from here. I ordered a torta asada no onions no jalapeños and extra Jalapeño sauce. They attached receipt to bag it was ok, I drive off and get home. Low and behold there's Jalapeños, onions and no Jalapeño sauce which I paid extra for. Now I will say their food is amazing, but since this had so many onions and Jalapeños I couldn't eat it and wasted I think it was 16 or 17 bucks and a tip. The staff is also very kind. I called them back and told them the situation and told them I know it was ordered correct cause I have the receipt attached to the bag and was offered a sorry. Another issue I've had here is when you order a burrito they cut it in half after its been rolled in foil and you get foil in your burrito. I give 3 stars simply because I ended up being hangry cause I couldn't...
