Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

My pizza that was advertised as hot and ready was ready for the garbage only!!! It was literally UNFIT FOR CONSUMPTION. Since I actually had to call a cab to get there and back my 5 dollar pizza and my also unfit to eat crazy bread cost me a total of 25 bucks and being treated like a liar by mgr. Eric who insisted on calling me sir even after I told him that I was a woman and named Tammie 4 times. As though I had lied about the quality of the food I was talked down to and told that if I didn't bring back the product it wouldn't be replaced. So another cab fare to return that awful excuse for pizza the following day and Eric snatched the returned product and walked away snapping at one of his employees to take care of me. This is the absolute worst Little Caesars I've ever seen,The pizza was grossly undercooked on top the cheese was barely melted which means the ingredients on top don't get cooked at all especially when there's no little brown bubbles on top like they advertise.The manager proceeded to tell me that she had been there for 6 yearsSix years too long I would say for the simple fact is she doesn't understand how a pizza cooks And how the ingredients on the pizza get cooked. Order a online order on the 15th had to cancel in the 16th due to cancelling the part for the 21st. The order was $60. Called spoke to manager he said order was cancelled took 3 days to return to my card. 12 days later nothing has been refunded. All I have gotten is a email stating order cancelled. When I went in the store the young lady said the manager was not to my information down. When we walked out the older white lady smoking a cigarette ( was on her break but worked there) . She told my husband and I to call corporate because the manager does this all the time and they just end up stealing the money! I've called corporate, emailed nothing.
