Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

Walked in and stood there while 3 staff members talked about what they did the night before and how drunk they got as they all looked at me then 1 finally walked to the front said "we will be with you in a minute" then walked back and continued thier talk about how drunk they all got and the events that happened to each of them. Finally got my order took it home and there is plastic in my pizza! I have 3 kids and 3 adults eating on this order. So i call to give them a heads up and got out on hold for 5 minutes so i hang up call back. Got put back on hold and was told the manager was too busy to talk to me, so i drive up there still on hold with them. Ask to speak to the manager and was told " no we are busy we have 3 customers can't you see?" Then i say no i need to talk to the manager now i have plastic in my pizza dont ypu think thats a concern???? Was told to being my pizzas bsck and ill get a refund and he walks away!!!! Rude to all extent and at this point im pissed!!! I Come back with my pizzas and the guy then gets loud and says "i dont see no plastic in here" i then show him once again the pieces i had in my mouth and he gets even ruder with me then tosses me 10 dollars and continues to be a rude manager that im disrespectful for trying to handle this the right way with him being rude, loud and to toss my money at me!!!! Very pissed and highly upset with how i was treated...

I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant in my entire life. I drove up to the window to get pizza and stopped right behind another customer the guy literally rushed the pizza to the other customer and ran to the back. I barely saw the back of him as I drove up. I sat there for a while and decided to call. This man literally argued with me refused to speak to me or anything he was trying to shut the window on me. He was angry because I didn't use the intercom. When I tried to tell him in the past it was not working he argued with me. Obviously he had not been working there long or he would know that. He said he was the supervisor when I asked to speak to the supervisor. Im ashamed of how employees now believe they can treat customers. Dont go to little Caesar in Wichita falls tx. Bad service. I had the worst experience with this Little Caesars. I have an after school club. At lunch, I called and made an order to be ready at 3:15. It consisted of three pizzas, 2 crazy bread, and 2 Italian cheese bread. I went to pick it up. He was ignored while in the drive thru for 7 minutes. So, I went inside. Inside, someone approached me and asked what I needed. I said I was there to pick up an order. Without saying anything, the cashier walked off. I waited for several more minutes before another worker asked if he could help. He rung me up, and then told me it would be 10 more minutes. At this point, it was 3:27. I had to ask for a refund.
