Vapor Village Smokeshop — Local services in Wichita Falls

Amber took over this shop recently and it has gone downhill and horrible service since the last ownership, who really took care of their customers.

A discount I had approved for over a year by the owners was removed by the new current owner Amber with the statement "My dad died, I took over the store, and YOU are trying to steal money from me. You can leave now."

This went from business to personal very quick and from a manager/owner is completely unacceptable. Amber has even approved and given me this discount 3 times before today but decided to just stop and not honor it.

Ive bought from this family for YEARS. And today that stops.. I will no longer be buying from this establishment due to the treatment I received today. Completely unacceptable.

Amber will respond to this review and deny this with a response, Im sure... But 4 of her employees witnessed this all happen. There is no hiding what you've done Amber. And you lost a valuable customer today. Good luck to you and your newly claimed business. I hope you treat your customers better before the business goes out, for a lack...

Best eliquids shop I've seen in several states. The markup on eliquids is normally ridiculous. Here you can get 100mL (of killer custard vapetasia brand at least) for $19 or $20 and then a second bottle for $10.

I DIY or buy from DIYers normally but sometimes still have to buy a bottle from a "name brand." I've been burned a lot by Brand's I've never heard from or house juices that are masquerading as a name brand.

When I buy from another DIYer I get 120mL for $10 and then $5 shipping. So 240mL for $25 vs. 200mL for $30 plus tax. BUT a lot of other stores I go to they want to charge $25-30 for 100mL with no special deal. So two bottles would cost at LEAST $50.

So even though I can get a better deal from DIY, I still plan on coming here occasionally because there are so many brands (that I recognize) and the prices are reasonable even compared to other Wichita Falls eliquids shops or...

As a regular customer, I will no longer be using this shop as a place to buy vapes. They have signs all over the store to allow exchanges and returns within 24 hours yet they give excuses to not allow you to use that policy. They will go as far as putting their mouth on it to "test the vape" and hand it back to you telling you "sorry can't help". Do not use this place, use other vape shops in Wichita. THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Any business knows that returning customers are the most important to a business. But here they would rather turn them away besides helping.
