My husband and I came to Sonic to grab some dinner tonight. As we were waiting, approximately 15 minutes for our food, we were watching a man sitting at Sonic's outdoor seating space waiting on his food. When our food arrived, my husband took all our food and then handed the shake, he had ordered, back to the carhop. He asked her if she would give the shake to the man sitting at the table. She said, "Sure, absolutely." She turned around and started to walk toward him. When she got almost to him, she turned quickly to the right and threw the shake in the outside trash. Then, she turned and walked back into the store. My husband and I were both shocked. I can understand if it was the company's policy, that is an easy statement, "I am sorry we are not allowed to do that." Instead, she said she would do it and then threw it in the trash. What that told us is Sonic would rather throw food into the trash than give it to someone that maybe would have enjoyed it. When did it become wrong to be kind to strangers? I am highly disappointed with this experience. I will not forget the look on that employee's face as she happily threw it in the trash, like she was doing...
Read moreThis is the only bad sonic in town there always rude unwilling to fix the order they make they will sit outside an argue with you at your car. The slushes are always the ice with only a few pumps of the syrup, pretty much drinking color water. I had a free slushe from the app so i pull up an tell them i have a free slushe an they paused for a minute to say there machine was broken when i can clearly see everyone else order around me. So i came back the next day to try an use the sonic app again but i did not bring up the free slushe app until they brought me my drink as soon as the lady comes up to my car so says i havent payed it so i tell her about the app an she says oh you have to say that when your ordering i cant give you your beverage without your paying the $4.50. I ended up driving to the one on kemp an the lady there was the sweetest she came to my car to take my order ran inside withing 3 minutes came out with my drinks an they were perfectly made an didnt even question the free slushe app. I will not be going back to southwest...

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes just to get to the window, then at the window for another 5 because they "didn't know what was taking my order so long" (it was a burger). Finally got my food, went home and opened it, and there's no meat on my burger, just lettuce, tomato, and bacon! I should've learned my lesson by now because they get my order right maybe 1 out of every 10 visits! Had to go back to get an actual burger, worried what might be inside it because I had to call and complain. Sad thing is, all the Sonic's in Wichita Falls are the same...
