WORST customer service experience I've ever encountered. I placed an order for a lunch delivery and it arrived WREAKING of marijuana. (I live out of state and the recipient specifically requested this restaurant) The receptionist at the office it was delivered to stated the driver was CLEARLY under the influence and even questioned my guest on the contents of the delivery because the smell of the "weed" was so overwhelming. I immediately contacted the restaurant to discuss it with a manager and was told they were busy (understandable since this was during peak lunch hours). Once I explained to the young woman on the phone my issue she's placed me on a brief hold. When she returned she told me "they couldn't do anything, all they did was make the food and place it out for delivery pickup" and that I could call the delivery service to see if THEY could do anything for me. NO apology was extended and it felt as though the staff were unconcerned and simply dismissive. I proceeded to text the third party delivery service and THEY were GREAT! They apologized and immediately cancelled my order and submitted an action to refund, they then followed through with a promise to address the issue with the partnering driver service as to avoid this happening moving forward. I order from area restaurants frequently, and unfortunately due to this experience will no longer patronize...
Read moreMe and my guest arrived to this restaurant have already been told by my parents it was the best in town. The parking lot was clean and the inside of the restaurant was clean. 70% occupancy filled with roughly 20 tables and a conference room. My guest was hoping for a pink sauce with grilled chicken and noodles and ended up getting a pie instead. I chose the portobello mushroom with grilled chicken pasta meal. Prior of our main course meal we ordered garlic bread for the appetizers. The garlic bread barely tasted of garlic if anything it was sprinkled of garlic powder instead on a hoagie roll. The dinner rolls taste alot better than the appetizer. The pasta meal was proportion small for a adolescent. The chicken appeared to a 4 ounce and spaghetti noodles in a ball on the plate. The dessert we ordered the tiramisu. The price of the tiramisu was $8 for a roughly 2 x 3 inch and 2 inch height slice. The lady fingers were soggy and cream was fine. The size of the slice which was ate in 6 bites was over. Our meal came to $47 and some change. Rounded it up to $60 even. The service was horrible. The food was misporportion for the cost. At this point we would have been better off eating at a fast food, everything comes in a package Olive Garden. I will attempt to come here again maybe in 6 months to a year. Not the...
Read moreAn employee (I believe the Manager) allows her toddler (I assume 3-4 yrs old) to roam around the restaurant UNSUPERVISED. He came to my table twice. The 2nd time with his toys and started playing with them on my togo box food. When I asked my server to take him away she got an attitude. As I was eating I could hear a woman telling the child he can't come to our table because we're not nice people. Then as I was leaving I brought it up to whom I assume are the child's parents. The guy made statements like, "who cares", "he runs around all the time", and "don't make a big deal out of it". The woman said she didn't need to be lectured by me. I was told to collect my food and leave because they can refuse service to anyone. Out of the whole interaction, never once was there an apology for a toddler running around the restaurant unsupervised, and playing on my food. Under normal circumstances when I go out to eat I want to spend time with MY family, not socialize with an unsupervised toddler. During these times, with the whole COVID thing...letting your toddler roam around and socialize with strangers is rude and dangerous at best. Not only are they putting MY family at greater risk...but their toddler as well! This is horrible parenting!
I have notified the...
