Starbucks — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

I placed an order online for pick up at the SW Pkwy location. When I went in to get my order I asked if it was ready and gave my name. I was told no they are working on it. I went to the wait area. I asked again if it was ready because I saw an order ready that I was pretty sure was mine. The Barista looked at it and said no, sorry. Five minutes later another barista asks my name then grabs the exact order the previous barista said was not mine. I said thanks for the cold coffee since the first barista insisted it was not my order. No offer to fix it and when I said I guess I will have to contact management the first barista had a smug look and said "Have a nice day" with a snarky tone. I cancelled the tip on my app and won't be back. Due to the first barista's tone, I doubt there are consequences for her if I report it. That's okay. The consequences in the end will reflect in profits if this is the quality of employees they hire. In this economy I am more than happy to spend my money elsewhere. "Have...

Generally favorable location! Most of my experiences have been pleasant with tasty and accurate coffees. I remain wary of the old woman that worked this morning (Monday May 15th, 7:15am) that was incredibly problematic during the process of ordering as she became quite rude and snarky when she realized my order for three people would be a bit complicated. She then refused to make the order I’ve gotten numerous times and eventually wouldn’t even tell us the names of the available flavor shots. One of our drinks came out with ZERO sweetener but fortunately the lovely younger woman I spoke to was happy to fix it.

Pulled in the drive-thru and there was two car in front and two behind us. Therefore I could not pull out of the drive-thru and why I had to pull out?
