First off the lady was fine until another costumer came then it all happened she had my meat going and started on the other costumers order which was pork. I do not eat pork nor do I want my food touch by gloves that had pork on them. The lady had pork on the gloves went to the veggies with out changing her gloves started getting the veggies and it just made me sick. So I just walked away! Later wanting something to drink later, I had my glass with me and the lady said I'll have to recharge you if you use your glass because it's much bigger than our glasses are. We were confused because we weren't ordering a sub and didn't skip in front of anyone as we waited where we stood. When it was time for us to order the manager, Amanda, had an attitude and threatened not to serve us again because we "didn't listen" (mind you, we were confused and did nothing wrong) .
