This morning I got an email about the new "Nacho Fries lover pass", one of my biggest regrets is not getting the last pass TB did so I bought it and ordered some food.
Unfortunately for me, Brent and Sarah were working. When I got there they told me that they ran out of eggs and could not make the breakfast crunch wraps, I told them I didn't want them without eggs and to refund me. They said they couldn't, that I would have to request a refund in the app and I really didn't want to waste time in the app so I agreed to their offer of regular crunch wraps.
I reiterated that the crunch wrap without cheese and sauce was that way due to an allergy and they said ok. I have no idea what they made, but both have eggs and cheese and a random assortment of items that are not included in the recipe and no hashbrowns :(.
After that debacle I noticed I hadn't gotten my nacho fires and went back through to try and get them. I did pay for them after all, and it was really the only reason I placed an order.
To my dismay, Brent and Sarah couldn't fathom me ordering Nacho Fries with sour cream. I wasted no less than 10min trying to explain that I did not order just sourcream, that I ordered nacho fries with sourcream. Showed them the picture in the app AND the ticket that was printed on my bag. Brent continued to argue with Sarah that it was not a menu item and I only ordered sour cream or that "it didn't come up on the ticket" even after showing them my ticket. He also let it slip that in about 3 weeks we may be getting a "sour cream" version of Nacho Fries, with his extensive knowledge of the tacobell menu I anxiously await their arrival.
I love tacobell, and this interaction will not deter me from ordering at other locations, but unless you are happy not getting anything close to what you ordered go to this location. I will avoid it from now on.

I got a build your own cravings pack and a cheesy roll up to go with it, well, I get home and realise my chips and cheese and the disha hot sauce packet wasn't in the bag. So I go back up there explicitly say that they did not put the chips and cheese and the disha hot sauce in the bag, I go home again and then I realise they didn't put my nacho cheese in the bag this time. I talk myself into going up there again because I paid for all this and living ain't cheap and the woman with the caked on make up was talking shit about me saying: "Yup, it's the same woman coming through." I would not even be this pissed off if y'all were busy, but y'all were dead. I was literally the only person coming through this entire time. If y'all would get it right the first or even the second time I wouldn't even be needing to come back. I would be enjoying my food. Which by the way, the spicy potato soft taco was stale. I wound up feeding it to my dog. Overall the experience was a 0/10. I will not be coming back to this location. At least not in the morning. Night shift is chill. Just a word of advice to the people working here, be nice to your customers. I understand it can be frustrating having the same person coming back, but at the end of the day we are how your paychecks...

They told me they could make them they gave me beef roll ups with little tiny bit of beef some cheese zero sauce, zero pico sauce, like supposed to be in a beef maximum amount. I never received a receipt so I couldn’t go back to prove that they shorted me any of my items so I spent $40 of my money and received pretty much nothing for my money.
