this is a long over due and unfortunate review i have to make but i'm able to acknowledge being in a difficult position i posted a review years ago about the experience that huge custard was "soup" cause it melted way too fast and that the ordering process was too convoluted but i also didn't mention the things they did well as a review should see a business from any perspective as well because they are not in business to solely appease me; over the years, my family has enjoyed their products and most importantly my dog Boba who probably was most of the reason of why i came by so much (apart from other family members) i did not know at the time for what andy's was supposed to symbolize; it's not about the flashy lights and whether or not you should only treat yourself a small instead of a jumbo, but it's about connection; the opportunity to connect and for me i knew my Boba would be first in line if there was a remote chance to go for some custard. it only took me losing him to hemangiosacoma to acknowledge that he would never be satisfied until he got some custard and i loved how he showed his personality while he slurpped his way through and the staff never questioned about me getting samples for the 80th time this month i will never get the opportunity to get that time with my baby boy ever again but i'm thankful that Andy's was able to allow him to experience it and for us to share it together

If this would have been my first trip to Andy's, it would have also been my last. They were slow (took 20 mins to get our ice cream), unorganized (people who were there before us still didn't have ice cream when we left, and several people had to take their ice cream back after having it served for it not being right), not polite (I had the little window thing shut on me mid sentence 3 times while trying to tell them they forgot something from my order), and the quality is not what I have experienced elsewhere. In the attached picture is my large ice cream cup that is only 3/4 full. I paid for a large, but honestly would have gotten more ice cream had I gotten a medium and they filled it like I watched other cups come out (filled with ice cream over the top). Nothing about this visit was a good experience or would make me want to give Andy's another chance.

They know their frozen yogurts. I absolutely love the choc-o-rocko or anything with their chocolate frozen yogurt. You can go up to the front walk-in windows and order, but it’s much convenient to use the drive thru as many people do. There’s an open parking lot behind this location where you can stop and enjoy the goodies.

I was immediately greeted at the window by employee who was wearing latex gloves, behind her all Employees were busy all wearing latex gloves. All Employees appeared to be happy and enjoying what they were doing. After she took the money and handed my change she peeled off latex gloves and put on a new pair and proceeded back to tasking. They were quick and fast and the custard was excellent. Highly recommend this place. They were super busy. Seeing you are served outside it would be nice if they had a bathroom you could use to wash your hands after consumption of. Nice to see people who care about food safety in handling customers...
