While the ownership has changed once in the last several years the grill flavor remains unaltered. If you're interested in a greasy burger this is not the place. The bun is disproportionate with the burger patty. Don't get me wrong the IS good the burger patty IS good but if you're am old schooler looking for a Bills grill throwback prepare your taste buds for a different experience. I was excited to find a place close to where I was staying that had nice, simple grilled food! Reviews looked good - I really wanted to love this place. Ordered takeout for my family and when I arrived to pick up, had to wait a little bit before someone noticed I was there...no big deal. Asked for a very common dipping sauce for the chicken fingers I ordered - they didn't carry it, oh well we will live. Food was already packed in bags to go and I paid my money and took it back to the family, five minutes away. Once I opened the bags we were shorted fries, ordered a chili dog dinner only to find the hot dogs were sliced and served open faced and bread was disappointingly soggy and hot dogs were already cold by the time I got home. Regret not ordering the grilled chicken instead, but not so much that I even want to bother going back. Paid nearly $50 for three meals (and one of them was chili dogs) after tip. May 16th 2024 at about 1:40pm, my boyfriend and I went to eat here. The man who takes the orders at the front saw us pull in and park as well as walk in. He was outside in the front talking to an older woman. My boyfriend and I waited about 15 minutes before a cook started ringing the bell to get the young man who takes the orders attention. When we told her that he was just outside talking with someone, she took our order. The man came in and took our order finally, by then it had been about 25 minutes. He did not apologize nor offer any discount for being so rude. After this we waited for our order. The man continued to then talk to another woman and a second couple walked in, they waited about 10 minutes before the man got up and finally took their order. Worst service I’ve seen in a while.
